My usual Barber wasn’t open today so I had to take a risk and go to a chain and I don’t regret it…they got me in and out in 20 minutes and it wasn’t the worst cut I ever had but was defiantly mediocre. I walked out being able to take handfuls of my hair off my head so much I had to get out of my car so I didn’t get hair all over it. You should probably clean up your clients before letting them go. Luckily I took the rest of the day off because I couldn’t go to work like this.

I brought my daughter in to have her hair cut. This store is a dirty mess. I needed to use the bathroom and the toilet was disgusting and needed to be cleaned. The hair brush that was used on my daughter’s hair was full of someone else’s hair from a previous customer. With how badly the salon needs to be cleaned and the line of customers waiting for haircuts I couldn’t figure out why there were 2 employees sitting on their phones in the office. This store is not being managed properly. I would like to bring my daughter back because the stylist did a good job but I will not be returning unless they clean the place up and do something about the nasty tools being used.

I went in yesterday with a short wolf cut/ mullet and asked for nothing to be changed and to take a inch and a half off. The woman doing my hair took off 4 inchs and gave me a completely different style. My hair is butchered. Don't go here

I came in for a Free Haircut I got at a Utah Gymnastics meet about 3 weeks ago and I asked the girl who did my hair to cut my just below my shoulders and she chopped it above my shoulders, it has never looked so bad, it’s uneven and just makes me look like a Rag Mop. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to embarrass myself in front of her. I’ve become so insecure about it, it’s embarrassing I’m deeply disappointed in Great Clips, now I’m gonna have to wait almost 2 months for it to grow back properly.

Took my step-kids here today for haircuts and they're all messed up! Looks like a 6 year old with safety scissors went at the kids' hair. It's too short, lopsided, and completely uneven. They have photoshoots for their acting career at the end of the week, and now we're gonna have to reschedule it because their hair is completely fubber-nucked! Whoever did their hair should never work with hair-styling again.

I was highly impressed with the efficiency and service of this location. Codie is THE BEST. I felt like a new woman after a quick trim. She is knowledgeable and gave me great advice on how to care for my hair.The price is fair and the quality for me was exceptional.
