Rented a couch cleaner from here and it was super dirty and wasn’t working right. When we told the worker all she did was give a small discount and didn’t offer for us to use a different machine or give a full refund.

I love Milwaukee products and most of my tools are the brand buy seems like home depot sold out to them and now Klien tools are scarce or very limited than before

If I could do zero rating I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. Asked for help from multiple employees today to get the item I purchased down from top stock. I kept being sent from person to person for 20 min. One employee told me, 'No I'm not helping with that' and just turned and walked away. I gave up after that and went and did a return on the other items I already bought. Went to the Lowes down the street and had no problem getting the help and had everything I needed in about 10 min. Will never be returning to this store. Ladies, don't shop here unless you enjoy being belittled and ignored for being a female. Absolute garbage employees.

Love this place, good place to get materials, batteries, nails, tools, and they give you free things that you can build yourself at your home or in home depot, good customer service and very clean, and has a very wide variety of materials.

This is one of the most judgemental and rude home depot i have ever been to the employees follow me and my husband around acting like we are trying to steal and we have never not even once stolen from here. We spend alot of money here to only get treated bad.

No longer carry the hornet traps and attractant that I've purchased at Home Depot. Stopped carrying the string trimmer that I previously purchased ... and can't find a battery for now. They stopped carrying Ego electric tools as well ... a few years ago. They are pushing me towards Lowes and Amazon to get what I want. Same experience I went through years ago with K-mart and them pushing me towards Walmart and Amazon ... due to poor inventory choices.

Prices on the isles does not match the product. Lazy or ripoff, doesnt matter. It wastes a contracors time.

Horrible customer service.
I asked for assistance 3 times at the front desk. Asked 4 different people.
I finally, ask for a manager.
He never came to speak with me.
A guy finally showed after waiting over 40 mins to get a blind trimmed.
Go to Lawes instead. ?
