I bought my car through investment auto group a few years back and I had a very pleasant experience. I bought it from their Brigham City dealership and like I said I had a wonderful experience with them. They bent over backwards to help me, they did everything in their power to get me into my vehicle. I have enjoyed it For years. I bought the aftermarket warranty. It's called Auto. I bought the gold package. I haven't had to use it until now. And when I did I reached out and found their salt lake City dealership and garage and they have been nothing but wonderful. They have once again bent over backwards and done everything to help me be able to afford my repairs because like any aftermarket warranty not everything is covered. And I understand that. But it could have been a humongous Bill had I not had my aftermarket warranty. Once again, the staff in the salt lake dealership repair center has been nothing but awesome. Pleasant to talk to and deal with and they can understand hardships and life circumstances and they do everything in their power to work with you and get you back on the road. They have treated me great and I would recommend these people to anyone. Anyone looking to buy a car or even needing their vehicle repaired a great place to do business with. Thank you very much for your guys's help and I look forward to dealing with you in the future if need be

Sold us a truck with hidden transmission damage. Burnt fluid, metal debris, $1,800 spent, now facing $7k in repairs. Misrepresented as “great running condition.” If you count making it 175 miles before check engine lights are blaring “great”….. Beware.

Extremely nice and humble salesmen here. Hubby found a truck he loves so much. Big shout out to Zach & Anthony. We walked away happy & not feeling ripped off which is usually what you get at most dealerships. Not here though!!

I had a great experience with Investment auto. These guys treated me right and showed great integrity when I bought my truck. Here’s what happened: on my way home from purchasing my truck I had a check engine light come on. This was a used truck with no warranty, which worried me. They could’ve told me to buzz off! I called Bridger as soon as it happened and he had me come back to the dealership so that they could read the code and try to figure out the problem. It was a pretty serious code that came up. He sent me home in it to see if it would happen again and this kind of worried me. Again, they could have told me that it wasn’t their problem. After corresponding with them for a few weeks about it they had me bring it in. The repair cost was substantial. When I went to pick it up they gave me the keys and thanked me again for my business.
With how things are nowadays, I fully expected to be told that they weren’t responsible for the repairs. These guys have my respect and I will return again to do business with them!
