Just moved here and was looking for my coffee/snack stop. Been here multiple times the past few weeks and every time the staff are friendly, great coffee machines, and a very clean store.
It actually threw me off by how nice the staff was. I've never loved a gas station, but I'm a loyal patron now.

I have never before written a negative review for an employee because you never know if someone had a bad day and everyone deserves second chances, but the employee on staff named John was the rudest cashier I have ever encountered. Initially, when I first pulled up he seemed annoyed that a customer arrived as it forced him to put out his cigarette, but he decided to remain outside the store for at least 2 minutes to finish smoking before coming inside, and then approached me and accused me of stealing! To avoid further escalating the situation I calmly let him know I was not stealing and even offered to pay for the item which was a simple frazzle slushee to avoid a potentially dangerous situation as he seemed to be getting hostile, to which he charged me and then began to yell at me and tell me he knew me from the last time I came in and stole with some girls. I have never once seen this cashier before, and it was obvious he was trying to entice me to start a fight. I then told him he was being unprofessional and left the store to him continuing to yell at me.

Nice store however, The male cashier, (Brown hair, 50ish) was anything but. He has an obvious chip on his shoulder & Has no business being in the customer service industry. I have visited this store probably a dozen times this year so far & On the visits where he is unfortunately our cashier, He has no personality, borderline rude & Just acts bothered that he is having to help us. I will in the future, avoid this particular Jackson's location solely due to him, his attitude & His sheer lack of customer service skills.

My only go to place for all things.....smokes, food, drinks, they have it all. Hot food, stacked cooler with everyone's favorite drink. The service is absolutely amazing! The manager is top notch and hires wonderful employees!! This will always be our family's go to convinient store as long as the management stays as is.

I was pretty po'd when they took that super greasy burger place out of my neighborhood C store, but couldn't be happier with the shining monument of a convenience palace they replaced it with!Delicious Hot Food, well stocked freezer and the coldest beer from pages lane to 400 north!Don't mention Nickelback or Creed to Russ unless you have time for live action karaoke. If you choose the latter don't forget to cheer excessively and offer encouragement. Tipping is optional but always goes rewarded! I never take my fee banana with my drinks so have a banana on me!

I've never had such an amazing experience at a convenience store! This place is pert near surgically clean. I've been know to take a couple. delicious beef empanadas from the hot food case and a large frazil (The Frazilliest frazil in town) into the men"s room for a quiet meal.They keep the counter stocked with supermodel quality cashiers. I often walk away from the register weak in the knees after Russ reminds me gently to remember my rewards cad next time. Such a thoughtful, caring gentleman. Just don't look at his lazy eye for too long!

Absolutely worst customer service with the new cashier. Followed us around the store, and yelled at us for taking the last of the nacho cheese. When we gave up and started leaving, the cashier's daughter and her illegal dog (not a service dog, who was there eating off the floor of the store) started yelling at us too. As a veteran, with a service-connected disability and a service dog of my own, even I don't bring my dog in the store. Seriously, this woman needs to be fired for her inhospitality and attitude towards customers.

This is probably one of the cleanest gas stations I have ever been in. And the soda machine is pretty great too. Staff was friendly and it was just an all around good stop. Will come again.

As far as quick shops go (UT verbage) this was hands down THE cleanest I've ever been in. Cleaner than Maverick and that's saying something. I'd highly recommend this location for your snack needs. My child needed to use the restroom and I was very impressed. Quality spot!!!

Still under construction but the staff is great and they are really trying to make it a great neighborhood market. This is looking like it will be a major improvement over what was here before. Check in now for fuel and snacks and in a few weeks when the work is done for a great small market.
