Went in for only an oil change.
A few miles down the road, I started smelling burning oil and pulled over and popped the hood to find oil all over the top of the engine.
Not just a little, which I understand happens, a LOT with some still pooled up.
Can’t believe I paid $125 for an oil change that was done so unprofessionally.
If I start getting electrical issues from the oil all over the electrical plugs I know where I’m sending the bill.

Bays were empty. I went in for a emissions inspection at 11:45 am. After searching for a technician there were none to be found. I'm guessing they were all in a breakroom. As I was leaving one tech came out. I asked about an emissions, and he let me know it would be about a half hour wait. The emission tech was at lunch. I don't think they need my business.

Thanks for replacing my in cab air filter and my oil change. The message from heavenly Father and ? Moroni this month is do it. How long has it been since you changed both in cab and under the hood your engine has a ❤️ too . Corona and emissions won't pass without vehicle breathing heads up. My message from a long 500 miles driving and ?♥️ and lesson learned from visit at bountiful temple as well answer came as Angel Moroni shook his head come back clean please thanks ?❤️??. Sincerely number one inspector and Scorpion ?? King ??. Just do it trust me ac feels wonderful and the jeep Holy Ghost ? runs awesome ?♥️. Thanks Heavenly Father and ? Moroni and everyone who prayed for me. Thanks for all that help as well ❤️ . Passed ? emissions finally rested so exhausted. Did you think to pray ? answer came do it. ?

Came in and got my Mercedes Emissions test done today. Fast and easy. The whole crew looked to be on top of their game. Great customer service too.

Complete scam and a rip off for a simple oil change and pre trip inspection (free). Paid $122 for an oil change which would have been $140 without the “deal” they were having. When asked why the price was so steep they explained that the market price increased and that’s just the fees they’re required to charge. I have never in my life paid that much for an oil change. On top of the outrageous price we were told that our water pump has a leak in it and it would likely cost at least 1k to fix. We wouldn’t trust jiffy lube with a fix like that anyways. One day after the oil change the car wouldn’t start…battery dead. Had to call roadside assistance and realized the radiator fan was still running when the car is off. Which was never an issue before. This likely killed the battery when they were messing with the sensors. I wouldn’t trust anyone at this establishment. Even called other repair shops who said they wouldn’t trust jiffy lube to diagnose a car with issues and to get a second opinion for free. never again.

I wish I could give them half a star. Upcharge in the oil prices whatever. Thanks for the complimentary top off for $12 and then messing with my radiator/temperature/coolant sensors to where my radiator ran after I turned my car off then proceeded to drain my car battery.

This shop may have had a bad rep before but they are great now! I came here for my last two oil changes and they have taken great care of me and my truck. I couldn’t be happier. Normally I do my own oil changes so I don’t have to deal with going to a bad shop. I went to them because I didn’t have time to do it and as long as they keep doing what they are doing now, I’ll keep coming back. Thank you to the whole team!

I will drive north out of the way for this location. The one near me is the worst. The Centerville location always have the best service.

I asked for an oil change, and my wind shield wiper fluid to be filled. Of course, they try to upsell me on everything, whatever. But what upsets me is that they put just enough windershield wiper fluid to make the notice in my car turn off, but only for half a day. Why didn't they just fill it up??? Cheap.
