JOANN Fabric and Crafts is a store for DIY needs, inspiring creativity with project supplies and crafts. It is a one stop shop with a great selection of sewing machines, scrapbooking products, beads, baking supplies, yarn, and holiday items. The staff is often super friendly and helpful, with managers who are very helpful in resolving issues. This location is always clean with shelves stocked, and staff is visible working on merchandising. It has a great variety of everything needed for crafting and Cosplay. However, some find it is not their favorite location. Patterns are not in correct drawers and items are often out of stock. Zippers are disorganized, requiring hunting to find the right color and size. The store is not always a place to depend on to find the right thing, seen more as a craft store than a fabric store. There can be massive confusion due to incorrect sale signs. While a large store, it probably needs more staff.
It is a good and clean craft store, but the inventory has been very low.

Fantastic! Large selection, worker helped me find a coupon, checkout was fast and pleasantly easy. Loved it.

I was there today and there was some MASSIVE confusion on my end due to the sale signs being incorrect (which I'm sure the locations just receive from corporate, so I blame corporate for that issue). Cami the manager was very helpful and took the time to walk me through the problem and resolve the issue.
