Kohl's would not let me pay for the items I purchased using my credit card. I purchased items using my Kohl's credit card and then wanted to pay off my Kohl's credit card using my regular credit card and Kohl's would not allow it. I get points (cash) using my regular credit card.

Called ahead for item, it was declared by staff to be in the store. Was told upon arrival items were not, so they lied?!! Drove out of the way to get items. Supervisor was rude, unhelpful, demeaning and refused to check for items their own staff said was in stock not minutes before. Poor and lousy customer service.

I just did a survey for Kohl’s and since I had been at two locations 3 times in one week the survey did not tell me which store it was for until the end. I had no problems in your store it was the Layton location I had my issues with. Not necessarily the staff but the return/purchasing process. Sorry I hope this does not put you on notice. It is more on the store policies than anything else.

Candace the manager shouldn't be a manager. Horrible customer service, no personality, ornery and terrible to work with. Had an awful experience in store today where I ended up walking out with a broken product because she wasn't willing to help.

You better get to the store as soon as you are notified that your placed order has arrived! I bought some shoes, and when I got there, they weren't there! Anybody can walk in and take your purchased items. There is no security! Boo!!!

The Centerville Kolhs store is absolutely my favorite Kolhs store. I have been to every Kolhs in Utah, Nevada, and about half of them in California. This store is always clean, and well organized. Spencer is the best cashier we ever had ?
