Had a motor put in a 2005 dodge 2500 worst job i have ever seen week after i got it back started leaking oil bad came with a 3 year warranty or 100,000 miles tried calling and texting several times lucky to have one answer out of 50 calls and text messages after finally getting ahold of him and having it in the shop 3 times here i am at 45,000 miles and still leaking oil also in a different shop at the moment for injector problems dustin was suppose to put new injectors when he re did the motor come to find out they were not new and he lied about them dont waste your time with this shop find someone else after reading other reviews there are several other people with the same problems! He has an excuse for everything! I highly do not recommend Dustin from PMS diesel, DNA diesel, or Billet diesel whichever he goes by now pretty sad when you have to change your name 3 times

Pms diesel has been an insane experience from the start. After dealing with Dozens of shops for my previous diesel performance needs, I can say hands down Dustin / PMS diesel / billet diesel has been the best to deal with I've not once had to question if I or any of the numerous trucks ive had was getting the best customer service or service available. This is the only diesel shop I trust in the valley. And I would highly reccomend them to anyone for any diesel engine related services.

Horrible shop Dustin is completely incompetent, does nothing but lie always has an excuse and is impossible to get a hold of. I brought him my truck to put a NEW motor in it. He said it would only take 2 weeks. It ended up taking 6 months. When i got it back 6 months later it was leaking oil the brand new injectors i had where now suddenly bad and needed replacing. STAY AWAY

If I ever get the parts I was promised and chase gets his truck repaired I'll certainly let everyone know. A guy in the town I live in had a motor replaced at pms diesel performance. So he recommended them. Well my son and I both needed cummins 24v engines replaced. My son is a bit of a horse trader and does good I'm more of a pay for it guy. I paid 8500 for a rebuilt and installed engine as well as new injectors. When I picked it up I made it 30 miles and broke down. Popped the hood there are still tools under there lol. I call the guy he tells me to leave it on the side of I-80, he will pick it up in the morning- but there was no way I was going to do that. I get it towed and proceed to get it fixed. I had to have the truck towed 3 times in the first 1000 miles. It had a horrible oil leak, I trailered it back to him. Dustin at pms diesel said it was the turbo return line, I disagree I think it's the rear main. He says it's fixed. It's not. This is also a three hour each way trip. Screw it I'll live with the leak. Then an injector goes out he says he will send me a set. I never get them. Chase-my son. Needed an engine for his 2005 dodge quad cab Chase bought a truck out right that needed a motor. Pms diesel agreed to do him a street motor. Better bearing, better rings, higher profile cam, better oil sprayers etc. chase did some trading and cash. Chase gave/traded 4300 cash 2006 dodge 4 door long bed 4x4 that needed a tranny (6000) A ranch hand bumper (1200) Full leather interior for a 99 dodge quad cab (500) Dana 80 (700) 91 dodge dually bed (800) With the high output motor they said his transmission needed work. He agreed to this also. New billet torque converter, new valve body. New fluid. This took 2 weeks. The transmission went out in 2.5 months. At this time my son and Dustin with pms diesel decided a manual transmission might be the way to go. Chase went to a salvage yard and pulled all the components necessary. Dustin with pms diesel agreed to do the swap for all the automatic parts plus chase had to cover cost of any additional parts. This took 8 months to complete and wasn't done right. It was derated so much he couldn't even pull a trailer. The transmission brain wasn't swapped. The steering column wasn't swapped. No front driveline. Chase drove the truck 2.5 months and the engine crank shaft broke and cracked the block. Dustin with pms diesel said he would warranty this. They have had chases truck for 13 months this time. He has taken several days off work to go check on it to see what's done and not done. They never answer their phone. The last time chase and I drove down they had a very nice 1991 dodge in the shop they said they were doing a give away with. Chase seen that truck on insta gram last night and it belonged to someone. Chase messaged them and they were shocked they messaged pms diesel. Now pms diesel says they are going to Sue my son for slander and libel? They said they record all conversations in their shop and they had never said it was a giveaway truck. Clearly if they recorded it they will hear the same thing we did. With the legal action that was threatened by them to my son I am at a loss. Dustin's wife Ann messaged him on March 24,2019 on Facebook and said if Dustin doesn't have your truck done by this Saturday. Come and get it and we will figure out how to square up. Please help us. I can only leave feed back once in their page. They delete a lot of their bad feed back. I see a new bad one at least twice a week. April 9th 2019 update. My harmonic balancer fell off. Bolts aren't broke they are just gone. Called Dustin Pierce left message. No call back. April 12th just an update with the truck not the company. Changed oil 780 miles ago, oil on dipstick is below the safe mark this on a motor with less then 10000 miles on it. The dealership I took it too said the oil leak more then likely is the cam plate cover leaking not the rear main. STILL NO CALL BACK April 27th

PMS Deisel Performance is awful. They had my truck from June 12th, until today August 4th. I was told I would have my truck back in 2 weeks. They will not answer there phone or return phones. They will respond by text days later. They finally told be my truck was done, I went to get my truck they left as soon as I pulled up. I sent a message the owner responded with "I had to leave I instructed my mechanic not to open the door." I had to wait outside for over 2 hours for them to come back even though the mechanic was inside the shop. When the owner finally returned I was yelled at for being upset and telling the mechanic to open the door. I hope no one else has to experience this with this horrible company.
