LouAnn took the time to locate my package that was very time sensitive and get it to me. If the Post offices had more employees like her there would be no need for a complaint process. “Knocking off a star because they rarely answer the phone and will occasionally lock their doors a couple minutes before official closing time.
I also wish they had a drop box for packages (larger than envelope) available after hours like other locations do...
But, otherwise I've had pretty good experiences here.
