I was in and out of their super fast like usual, so in that regard my visit was five stars. Sadly, half the vacuums I tried had no suction and there were no towels in any of the close containers to wipe off my mirrors and dry off my car. I was in a rush and didn't have time to go searching. Whoever was working today was really really lazy. I don't appreciate that.

I love quick quack, ceramic duck is the boss sauce. This particular one in centerville has new technology so a computer reads my license plate and puts me through with the wash I’m signed up with…the one in Layton sometimes tries to change me back down to a lower wash.

WATCH THE CHARGES ON YOUR CARD. I was added to an existing membership that was supposed to be around twenty bucks a month. They're charging me $111.99. I'VE USE IT ONCE. I also just found out they did it to another person who was supposed to be added to an existing membership. Who honestly believes a family of 4 is really going to pay almost $500 a month to get mediocre carwashes?

Total crap. Been using quick quack for a long time. Sold a car and went to the Centerville location in person to cancel my membership. Was told by the teenager working that I was all set. I asked for a form of confirmation and they said I just wouldn’t see it billed the next month. To my surprise, I keep getting billed. Went back to the same location I did to cancel and took a screen shot of my “account” that was supposed to be closed out on their iPad. Told me to call customer service. Called customer service and they said they would only refund one month because they don’t have proof I canceled. They said the customer is in charge of making sure the cancellation went through. Remember how I asked THEIR employee and he told me there wasn’t any form of confirmation. They keep charging me for a car I don’t even have and on their system, the charge isn’t even tied to a license plate. Not even the car I sold. They just keep charging. HORRIBLE customer service. Shop small. Go to your little local car washes not these big box jerks. You’ll be treated so much better there. ZERO STARS. Horrible.
Then they copy and paste a lame response from one of their other customers reviews that they’ve told the same thing like this below ??

I love going to Quick Quack!!! I have the ceramic membership, and it’s absolutely worth every penny! I look forward to going through the wash every time because of the phenomenal customer service and fun wash! Not to mention the workers are all very attractive. Especially the young man named Lincoln. 5 stars!!

VERY FRUSTRATING DONT GO HERE... the wash only did half my car then I was able to go back through the machine stopped mid cycle. After coming out I inspected my vehicle there was damage. I asked to see manager to show my vehicle. From the minute the sassy ignorant girl came over she was rolling her eyes, she didn’t want to be there and she didn’t want to help. She claims their machine couldn’t do the damage because it doesn’t even touch my vehicle. Hello that’s how this carwash cleans. Save your money go to the three others in centerville.
Update 2024: I sent an email and gave them another chance ultimately with nearly the same result. The manager Justin should be fired. I have damage to my vehicle and they will not hold liability. DO NOT GO HERE!!! what’s the point of an incident claim if the management could care less!! DO NOT GO HERE!! okay last time DO NOT GO HERE TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND DAMAGE CLAIM PROCESS THAT STRETCHES THE ENTIRETY OF THEIR EXISTENCE IN CENTERVILLE!
