I went to get an ice cream cone. As i was in line, i watched the woman working the register dig around in a dog treat bag, feed treats to a slobbery dog in the drive thru, and then immediately go and make an ice cream cone for someone in line in front of me. ALL WITH BARE HANDS AND NO HAND WASHING IN BETWEEN! I seriously couldn’t believe it. This is such a shame because i really love those root beer ice cream cones but i will never be able to get over this.

tall lady with the brown hair working at 6 PM on 8/24 is incredibly rude every time i use the window to get my water bottle filled with ice water. snappy, dismissive and incredibly condescending. everyone else here is fantastic. i’ve had continuous issues with that one lady and it’s super sad to have so many great experiences with the others, tainted by her lack of good customer service. i will still go here but only because of the other employees.

Just had such a pleasant experience two times in a row here I had to leave a review. First of all-- the fact that this place has a drive through is SO nice. They also offer you a choice of "fat or skinny straws" which is something that actually matters a lot to me in my drink buying. I believe the young man working there was named Allen and I didn't get the woman's name but BOTH of them on two different days have been working there and have been so helpful and kind and pleasant and happy and it just really makes a difference in your day when someone is extra friendly and helpful. I've honestly lived in centerville for much of my life and haven't really been a frequent visitor of RB's but after multiple great experiences with great staff (and great Straw options;)) it makes me want to go there every time. So shout out to you R B's crew you are awesome, thank you! Ps if you are the business owner and you're reading this you should get non-coffee lids for the smaller size cups!

Root beer soft serve ice cream, fountain drinks with punch card (buy 10 drinks get 1 free) Purchase gas & car wash at the pump, sign up for monthly car wash service. Drive up window sure helps when you have a car load of kids in car seats. Friendly fast service and very clean inside

My favorite place to get a Diet Coke. Their staff members are so nice. They also have a drive thru so I don't have to unload my kids!
