I really want to like this place it’s family owned and not far from where I live. But I’ve been here three times and I’ve had three bad experiences. The first time was for an oil change for my sprinter. It ended up costing a little bit more than what the Mercedes dealer had quoted me, but no courtesy shuttle or tasty snacks. The second time they really struggled when fixing pretty simple grounding issue. Last time I needed an axle seal and they were unable to get the part. I called the dealer they were able to get my sprinter in and fixed right away. Hopefully I had atypical experiences or they get there act together.

I’ve owned a Sprinter for a little while now and have been in many different shops around the country ranging in work. Other than one other shop I found in Vegas, this is the only other absolutely amazing shop I’ve been to. I came in to get my break pads replaced, not knowing which ones need the replacement and how bad they are (rotor needing replacement or not) and had a great experience! They took a look and then walked me in the back to show me exactly what’s wrong and what they recommend. Rear pads and rotors definitely needed to be replaced although the front could still take a few more months (5-10k miles). I was totally not pressured in doing all four or told I needed other work done (even though there are many other things that need to be done on it) and all my questions were answered with knowledge, respect and patience. While they were working on it I went back to grab my phone charger and he pointed out that some sockets were really stuck and needed to be lubricated and adjusted and said we typically charge for that but we’ll waive it for you as I can see your working with a tight budget. Ugh!!!Such great guys, really great service and very very fair pricing.Highly recommend this shop to anyone with a sprinter! And I will absolutely come back here if I’m in a reasonable proximity to SLC.Good job guys!!!!

These guys are great and they really know their stuff. I've taken my sprinter van to them twice in the past few months and they've diagnosed and repaired a few tricky issues quicker than I expected. They do a great job of communicating to their customers as well. Highly recommend!
