The staff was so friendly and professional. They took great care of us. I think it was Tanner who helped us and he did a great job. Great job Centerville Subway.

I just came in to get a sandwich tonight the boy who took my order didn’t really seem to care that that sandwich is what I was eating I told him after seeing how he was stacking the meats that I dunno if he will be able to make my sandwich he reassured me he could do it so we proceeded and we got to the end where he cuts the sandwich most everything had fallen out once I got home to open up this horribly wrapped sandwich as I open it the sandwich is soggy with most everything out of the sandwich on the wrap (not I’m less then a 2 minute drive) it shouldn’t be this soggy please teach your employees to make a sandwich!! And I will be needing a refund the time I came in was about 8pm Wednesday

All the food used to be 100% visible. Now they hide the meat and cheese so it's harder to see what is available. Must have cost hundreds of thousands of thousands of $$$ to do this remodel nationwide. A remodel should improve the situation, not make things worse. My guess is low I.Q. management.

After being unexpectedly abandoned at the neighboring Jiffy Lube, I found solace in the welcoming arms of Subway. It's not every day you get ditched by your ride and end up discovering a sandwich haven! The moment I stepped in, the aroma of fresh bread and an array of toppings greeted me, a stark contrast to the oil and grease ambiance I had just left behind. The staff, possibly more efficient than a pit crew at a race track, whipped up a sandwich that could rival any home-cooked comfort food. Each bite was a delightful mix of fresh veggies, perfectly seasoned meat, and just the right amount of sauce – a culinary pit stop that turned my day around. It was more than just a meal; it was a delicious silver lining to my day of automotive misadventures. Thanks, Subway, for turning my 'abandonment issues' into a tasty adventure!

Elle and Dez were amazing. I saw several customers come in, the window, and online orders. Like subway engineerimg ninjas they were quick, efficient and worked great as a team. They were busy And then resolve a costumer concern. They were kind amongst everything. I felt almost like home at summerSubway. Again Dez and Elle, one of the best subways I’ve been too.. Theyn made my order delightful. Thanks subway for the great customer service. Anyway I’ll key coming.:) I hope you recognize them.

Meh. Don’t let the “gourmet” sounding ingredients fool you. It’s not that different from before. It is more expensive and they exclude several subs from coupons.The texture of the steak was sometimes fine. But there were mouthfuls of chewy fat and gristle and other times overly smashed meat that had an unpleasant mouth feel. The vegetables were crisp and fresh. I was not a fan of their peppercorn ranch. Combined it was mediocre at best.I didn’t even finish due to the off putting textures and satiating flavor.

dishonest I ate with my wife on October 30th. We only speak spanish. and the employee who served us charged me almost 3 dollars of Típs without my permission. I realized when I got home.

**** update - the franchise owner of this store is remarkable. I received a call shortly after my review of my unfortunate experience and she was willing to resolve the situation and go above and beyond to satisfy me after primarily a door dash failure. Management does need to be coached about active listening and hearing a customers full explanation of events and reasonable interactions during conflict.Ordered several sandwiches for delivery today, the subway website. Autofilled the delivery address to their stores address, I work across the street, the door dash driver picked up the food, and kept because of this. The manager states they never would have given food to a driver delivering back to their address, and that they refuse to replace my lost order and food. Do not recommend using this location strictly due to the poor manager and her tone when interacting with patrons. The younger help seems to be scared of her rule and abuse of power.

They didn’t toast either of my sandwiches, and the meatballs were bad on one of them. Overall, disappointing. Also the second time I’ve been to this subway and both times were bad. The other time I sat by the window for almost twenty minutes before they gave me my sandwiches.

"Sorry, we're out of that today" was the theme, even lids for salad containers, bread, cheese, and more. Food was below average as well. I'm not new to subway, I know my sandwich shouldn't have tasted like a block of pure salt. I gave them 2 stars because I didn't get sick.

Love this place for years great quality food guy making the food seemed completely out of it. Dumped a ton of oregano on it and used his finger to spread it around instead of removing the massive amount of seasoning.
