Called to inquire about damaged floor. Lady that answered was very rude and unhelpful. It was around 9:30 am. I thought the experience was very unprofessional and left the phone call with more questions than when I started. Will not be using this supplier.

Lots of selections. Susan & Tyler are great to work with. Very friendly and reliable service. We've been doing business with them for several years and it's nice to create such great relationships with your vendors whom support you and help you reach your business goals. :)

Be careful ordering from this place, and know exactly what you need..... do not rely on Susan to order the correct product. Chris was good to work with, as he promised to "correct the issue" with replacing the wrong product. Unfortunately, it was a promise he couldn't keep, because when I took the correct replacement products from the store, the Centerville Police were called and now I'm facing a theft charge! The owner, Tyler, called the police instead of contacting me. I called Tyler to try and work things out and he said the only thing he's settling with is payment on the correct products that I took (which I should mention to 3 orders and 6+weeks for them to get correct). I even asked about bringing the uncut pieces back in for credit and Tyler will not accept them. Bottom line is I've got to pay double for wrongfully ordered parts. Piss poor customer service! Not very knowledgeable with my simple project.
