I love my Trek bike. It is light, beautiful, and rides great. The service from the Trek store is fantastic. They always answer my questions well and really help me understand how to care for and use my bike well. I love that I get a free tune up the first year after purchase. Love this Trek location. Sam is an incredible store manager. He is very thorough in his work and shows that he cares about Trek and its customers. I’m newer to gravel riding than he is and he has kindly coached me up on his setup, trails I should ride, etc. Grateful for the great service.
