Horrible... Gray the manager is a poor leader with bad customer service skills. They manipulated and lied. You are always better just ordering online.... Avoid this and the Bountiful store unless you want to be treated poorly. They will just hustle you.

Jack R, the on site Verizon representative, listened attentively to our concerns and offered several alternatives and options to address them. He was very helpful, and assisted us on getting the service changes we desired.

Itzy M. was amazing. She helped me in the store with several issues & provided the kind of customer service you don't see very often anymore. There were several other customers while I was there and I believe we all left feeling like she gave us the kind of individual attention we needed. Very pleasant experience.

Went in to remove a line from a deceased family member - got a bill a month later exponentially higher the following month. They changed my plan, removed my device promotion, added Apple Music and Disney+ without my knowledge. Don’t go to Victora go to a corporate store.

Worst phone experience of my life, I waited for 45 min while one person sat on the floor moving phone cases around and one sales person walked 2 customers through getting a new phone till I eventually left because they had another “45min till they would be able to help me” and in my hour of sitting there about 4 different people come in, waited for 20 min and left. I wasted my entire evening to ask a couple of questions. And I’m switching plans. I’m not paying top dollar for terrible service. Verizon needs to hire qualified people that actually work.

This store is closed, don't waste your time going. Went on Wednesday at 6:50 and the store was locked. Sign says its open till 8. Don't waste your time.
