This store is extremely disappointing in regards to their Customer Service, Delivery and Pickup. 4 out of my last 5 Delivery orders have either never shown up, missing items or were delivered to the wrong place. Delivery directions are not followed and drivers are not available to communicate due to lack of English language skills.

Horrible looking for soup on empty shelves due to everyone shopping on line there's nothing to shop for at the store. No pants my size and the prices are no different than anywhere else. Never let Walmart touch your vehicle for any maintenance like oil change. They will stripe your oil pan and you end up having it towed out of there shop because they say tough not our fault Crooked company business practice. Customer beware. Word of advice pay a little more and have a mechanic actually do your oil job. Lesson learned

The tire and lube services are garbage. Figured I would get an oil change while buying groceries. Took them about an hour to complete my car and once done I drove it home. The next day I went outside and noticed a small oil leak and thought nothing of it and drove my truck to work. After my shift was up and I went to leave work I got down the block and my car flashed turn engine off oil low warning I turned it off and popped the hood. When I checked the dip stick there wasn't even enough oil to register. I walked to the nearest gas station grabbed 5 quarts and filled my truck up. Once full I drove to the nearest car repair shop. They had told me once they looked at my truck that the previous company "Walmart" had not changed my oil or replaced the filter. The reason for it leaking was the oil filter was not tightened on and my oil pan had been cross threaded. Moral of the story is don't go to Walmart if you expect a job to be done when you pay for it because it won't happen here.(updated) the next day after my car was fixed I drove back to Walmart and told them what had happened and asked if it was possible to get a refund. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude and said how was I so sure it was them that did it and proceeded to tell me that I signed a waiver before I paid so its not their problem. I cannot stress this enough DON'T GO HERE FOR AUTOMOTIVE WORK!!!!

I usually only go to Walmart when I need something that I don't want to drive around looking for. I'll always check if Walmart has it first. They usually do have the odd things that I don't regularly purchase. But honestly I wouldn't recommend grocery shopping there, especially if you want fresh produce or need perishable items. I've seen fruit flies buzzing around the fruits and the expiration dates on most of the food items usually expire within a week or less. But it's convenient to usually find those random different things we all occasionally need without having to spend alot of time going to different stores when you can usually find most of it in one place. So Walmart is great for that reason and of course they're usually always a little less on price too :) I'll give a generous 4 stars for all around convience with a small sacrifice in quality, I think that's fair.

Team Lead Mary at customer service went above and beyond for me this afternoon. My card was having an error being read and she took it upon herself to take care of the groceries for me on her own behalf. I have never experienced such an act of kindness and she made my entire month by doing this. If we had more people in the world like Mary I believe this world would be a way better place. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and kindness you showed me at Walmart today. You are the best!

Need to fill the staff for pickup orders. 90 minute wait is not how scheduling pickup time works. If they did not come to work find others in the store to cover. Just as you do to cover for check out stands.

This is the worst Walmart I’ve ever seen. It’s dirty inside, unorganized, you can’t find anything, and it’s overall just gross. The workers are very friendly and kind but the e quality control is terrible. The curbside delivery takes forever to get your groceries. Whoever is running the curbside pickup needs to be fired they are terrible at managing that. They don’t pick up calls, their curbside phone number is out of date, and it takes over an hour to get your groceries out to you. This needs to be addressed this is terrible. Fire the manager for the curbside pickup.
