Needed to open a savings account for our estate planning. Tried to make an appointment and was told "just come in and we won't be long, there are two managers available." Went in and was told both managers were at lunch and the wait would be approximately 1hr.

I needed a notary today, I was rushing to get there but would have missed the notary deadline by 5 minutes (4:50, deadline of 4:45). The lady kindly tried to transfer me to another branch, they never picked up.

I just sold a home that they had a home-equity line of credit on. They hit me with a $350 fee to close the account. My title lady told me to go in and talk to them and that she's always seen them waive it. I went in and waited 30 min and I finally got the opportunity to talk to Elsa in person. She said there was no way she would waive it. I explained what the title lady said and she didn't care. Sure; it's in the contract, but the fee seems excessive and the customer service was lame.

Tried to charge me $5 for a check from their bank for not having an account with them then blatantly lied saying it was cheaper then other places, I'll take my business somewhere else thanks....

I've used Zion's Bank for a while now and I've enjoyed the service they provide! The location is accessible from the freeway, which is great. The tellers here are friendly and helpful, and I've never had a bad experience with any of them! I've had several different situations that they've helped me through with transferring accounts and starting up new ones. The only problem I've ever had was not being told about identifications for a debit account and having trouble with it later, although they helped to quickly resolve the problem. Love them here!

This branch has my heart I love the tellers, they're always kind, and happy to work with me. I never usually leave reviews but with how great the employees at this bank are, I had to! They protect me and my money I hope this review draws you into this branch to experience the greatness of their hard work.
