No stars! ( I had to give 1 star to complete the review )DO NOT RENT! My unit was broken into. Out of 26 boxes ( I was going to put more in) only 6 are left! The main gate was fully opened, my unit was cracked open. If the facility has working security system, they would have been notified the gate was open. Next would be coming to fix it and do a close security check! I called 2x . The lady took my complaint. The 2nd call ( after I cleared out my unit) I talked to a guy. He read the notes from the 1st call. No surprise - nothing noted that the MAIN Gate was open! I had only been in this unit 1 months.... DO 🚫 NOT USE this Facility!!!!

Terrible experience with AA Access Storage. Could never get a person (who could actually help) on the phone. Only connected with an answering service who said they’ve have someone call back, and they NEVER did; even when asked to speak to the District Manager. 120% RATE INCREASE IN TWO YEARS! Gate was terrible; always seemed to be open when nobody was around, didn’t work right sometimes, and even got locked inside once and had to squeeze through the broken gate to open it from the outside. Poor lighting. Only have it one star, because it’s location was good.

Been a customer over 10 years from a private owner. In comes the corporation buyout and in the last year they over doubled the rent, nothing has be upgraded to justify the rate increase. Typical corporation purchase in a get rich scheme. Terrible customer service as well.

So far, so good with AA ACCESS STORAGE! We’re new renters at the Clearfield /Syracuse location. Customer service was excellent when I called with questions. We’re new to AA Access, but very pleased this far in our experience with them!

Getting in was easy, getting out is not. Have called and emailed and texted never a response or call back.

Very simple online rentals, clean, quiet, easy access and like every where the rent keeps going up. Overall, not as high as most places. So if you need a place to store things you should give them a call or go online. Great first month deals going on now😉

they need to add a gate or button you can press from inside the gate to get out.

Everything has been really easy moving in. The only thing I don’t like is the closing time at 2200 hrs.

Customer service sucks, don't answer emails, texts, phone calls and so if you need to have their assistance, good luck. The facility didn't feel secure and needs to be updated. They increased their prices in a six month period by over 100%
