When our auto insurance instructed us to select one of their preferred repair vendors in the area, I was a little skeptical. I decided to do some research and compared several Caliber Collision locations. Based on the reviews, I chose the one located at 520 Osceola Parkway—and I’m so glad I did.
From the moment I made the initial call, the representative put my mind at ease. She walked me through the entire process from start to finish in a clear and professional manner. When I brought my vehicle in for inspection, Morayma S. handled it. She was incredibly thorough, asking open-ended questions and gathering all the necessary vehicle details.
Once I dropped off the vehicle, they coordinated with the rental car company, who picked me up directly from the shop—making the process smooth and stress-free. Throughout the entire repair, the team kept me consistently updated on the status of my vehicle.
When I picked it up, I was genuinely impressed. The vehicle looked like it had never been in an accident. The craftsmanship was truly remarkable.

Caliber did a great job on our car. It was scraped from front to back on the side with a couple dings, and you would never know it. Our car was only four months old at the time of our accident And it still looks as new now as it did when we bought it. Very good job ! Their calculation of how long they would have it was pretty accurate. And I would recommend them to anyone who needs bodywork.

People here are amazing,Ariana was amazing,kept us updated daily and we were able to get our car back earlier than expected and cleaner than how we left it. Thank you so much for the hardwork!I am very much satisfied with everything. Will definitely recommend then to anybody.

Wow excellent customer service at the front desk polite, caring truly the lady there is wonderful. Now Edgardo (Pipo) he is like family!! trusting mecanic is very difficult to find and because of him I will refer everyone to this shop. Professional, excellent service communication and cleanness. Always on top to help the clients needs. Fast work with insurance company.

We took our car to Caliber Collision after a loose piece of metal hit our car on the freeway. We had visible damage to our bumper and were unsure what type of damage may exist on the undercarriage. Keith at Caliber helped me when we dropped off our car. He was professional and really took the time to explain what they would be looking at and to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. Throughout the process, he kept us informed of our car's diagnostics, communications with our insurance, and what our options were for repair. He was was well-informed and made us feel comfortable with the decisions we were making. Overall, our experience was really good and Keith was a huge part of that. Would recommend.
