The manager there doesn't seem to care to double check the parts she is selling. Bought 6 parts in the last couple months and have to go to another store to warranty same day cause the parts are used half the time or she gives me the wrong part. 2 times I've gotten the wrong part just to go to a different farther store just to be told that it's not even the correct part in the first place. I used to come here regularly, but the 2 managers I liked are gone

Thanks for the help on the jeep still no luck ?. Emissions sux. Advice from heavenly Father and Angel ? Moroni make sure both air filters are replaced before even attempting O2 sensor replacement or anything dealing with emissions ?. If your vehicle can't breathe inside the vehicle and under the hood no amount of driving is going to reset anything for emissions. Tell everyone lesson learned okay ?. Ps sell some air filters recommend it.

Brittany is amazing!!! I went to a different location (the one in Syracuse off of Antelope Drive) and they not only gave me the wrong part, but overcharged me, and part of the part I ordered was missing from the box ? I ended up going to this location and Brittany was so amazing. Extremely helpful, very eager to help and correct someone else’s mistakes. And for the inconvenience she even offered a discount Definitely give her knowledge and customer service 5 stars!!

I just want to say being a female and WANTING to learn how to put in a air filter in my ats Cadillac was so easy after the assistance of Brayden and Jerica. Both of them were so nice and pleasant. I would recommend coming in to see these guys for any kind of car needs. It makes like so much simpler and fun when you have 2 people like that whom were very professional and helpful. So thank you Jerica and Brayden for you help. 2 snaps and a z formation thanks guys.

I needed a light bulb for my wife's car. They had some bright lights according to them. I asked them how long of a warranty they had, and they said that none of their lights have a warranty. So I told him I would check down the road and then I left.

The store manager is amazing, I think she said her name was Brittany. I came in a few days ago and she was super helpful. I know next to nothing about cars and my husband sent me in to get a part, I had no clue what I was getting. She was very approachable and helped me get the part and an amazing deal. This is one of the few good experiences I've had going to an auto parts store. Definitely will be coming back!

John Kay was very awesome and thorough. He knew what he was talking about and was very professional. Not lazy at all whatsoever. The woman manager I spoke to last time sold me the wrong part even after looking at my car. I don't think she's very qualified. Seems pretty backwards to me.

I came in to get a cabin airfilter and was quoted twice the price of what O'Reilly had it at. The female store manager working on 11/512023 at 3:50 pm had a poor attitude about doing a price match and said she had to call to verify despite me trying to show her the price and availability. After several attempts to aske her to verify the right part number she declined and just asked for the first part they could find (also a lower price) she then proceeded to tell me to deal with Orieley. I went to oriely and got the part at the right price, they price matched a promo for air fresheners that Autozone was running without question. I own 5 vehicles and will be dealing with Orieley from now on.

The staff is always polite, even when they are busy. It's a parts store. Obviously it sucked when they don't have the part. But for basic stuff. There got you covered
