So I have been coming to this AutoZone for quite a few years as I live in the area. Usually the customer service is friendly, fairly knowledgeable and leaves an impression of wanting good customer relation. Today I come in at around 1:30 p.m. and deal with an older gentleman who seem to have either had a bad day or a chip on his shoulder on German cars. So the attitude of a 10-year-old vehicle being nearly disposable was very apparent. I don't understand why you would treat a customer pretty poorly about having a 10-year-old German car. My comment to him was that I'm still a customer and that I would be coming back for even basic maintenance items. But he was under the impression that I would have to go back to the dealer for literally everything. So with it said not sure who would even read this, but I will be going to another AutoZone that's also on antelope because of this poor customer service.

I am writing to commend the exemplary customer service provided by Jill Darley, the store manager of the Autozone in Clearfield. Last week, my vehicle was experiencing some issues and I came into the store to pick up some parts to try and diagnosis the problem. When I described the symptoms to Jill, she listened carefully and based on her experience, believed it may have been a more serious underlying issue.
Jill went far above what was required of her job just to ensure I got my vehicle repaired properly without incurring unnecessary additional costs. Her technical expertise and commitment to customer service is truly impressive. I have been an Autozone customer for many years, but this experience with Jill has taken my loyalty to the next level. I will definitely be recommending both Autozone and Jill to all my family and friends in need of auto parts or advice. businesses would benefit from having a store manager as dedicated as Jill Darley.

I rented, purchased then returned, a brake caliper universal push tool. They said this is how they borrow them out. It was $60 for the small kit that didn't even have the adapter to fit a common Mazda 6 brake. After I returned the obviously used expensive kit, they never even opened it and processed my return. When I got home I found a part that fell out and returned it to an oblivious employee that had no idea that it was missing for the next person who was going to possibly purchase the incomplete/not universal kit. I found an actual larger complete kit on Amazon for only $20! It had twice the choices of adapters as well as the perfect one to fit my common Mazda. They either have a huge markup or the normal over-pricing for name-brand tools.

I was extremely happy with the service and expertise I received at the AutoZone in Clearfield/Syracuse. I needed a battery for my 2018 Kia Sportage and they supplied me with a battery with a 3yr warranty at half the price offered by the Kia dealership. Jarrid also installed it for me at no cost! If you need auto parts, I highly recommend AutoZone Clearfield/Syracuse. They are friendly and knowledgeable!

Jemeriqua had great customer service. He was very knowledgeable and was patient with me while trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. He helped me get the correct product for my vehicle and taught me more about my car and what to look out for. I appreciate his knowledge and kindness in helping me solve the mysteries of mechanics. Definitely recommend this location.

This place is amazing they help me change my battery in a jiffy. Jemeriqua did change the battery and he was very efficient and quick. Amazing work would come here for help and they provided excellent service.

Don't expect refunds from this AutoZone. I bought a locking gas cap and put it on the same day I bought it. The next day my service engine soon light came on. So I ended up buying one from the dealer and putting it on. And then tried to return the locking one I bought from Autozone. The employee I talked to said they won't return it.
