I cannot recommend Beutler Auto enough!!!!!
My husband and I have had TERRIBLE experiences at dealerships, and this was a breath of fresh air. We were very upfront with them about our boundaries (no trackers, no maintenance packages, extras, etc.) and they respected every single one of them! They were kind, personable, and empathetic to our previous experiences with other dealers.
Jordan Beutler was a phenomenal salesman, that helped show us the options without pressuring us into anything we didn’t want! We also talked with a lot of the other staff, and they all seemed like really upstanding people!
We love our new (to us) car! Thank you Jordan, and everyone at Beutler!
10/10 would ABSOLUTELY recommend!!!

I bought a low mileage older vehicle from these guys, it ran for 2 days. $4000 in repairs and still not done fixing it. Stay away from this dealership, I wish I would have!

I attempted to purchase a used car from this dealership. I was given a purchase agreement which I signed and sent in. Later on I was given wire fund details on where to send the money and then I'd have to continue with other contracts. I received a call afterwards saying they actually sold the car to someone else. Thankfully I hadn't wired the money over yet, but it was a breach of contract and I just don't care enough to bring them to court and fight for the small amount of time I wasted. I do not trust this dealership and would be very careful on what you're signing and who is asking for what.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. They sold my son a car with a rusted out frame and a gas tank that was attached with a rachet strap and this is only a small part of what was wrong. An honest dealership never would have put this car on their lot. They would have sold it for parts or to a scrap yard. When they were approached about the problems, my son was told that they aren't responsible for checking every detail. That may be true, but what a rotten thing to do to a young man trying to purchase a car so he can start his own business.

i’ll never buy a vehicle from here again, from the moment you walk in the door they make you feel like family and then will proceed to sell you a a vehicle with multiple problems and when you call them about it they say “good luck”. i bought a tacoma from them which are supposed to be one of the most reliable vehicles on the road and not 3,000 miles later i had burned 5 quarts of oil. i’ve never seen a vehicle burn this much oil in my life and they didn’t seem to care at all, their mechanics must suck because this was a problem from the beginning when i saw pictures of the truck(after i bought it) i saw that the low oil pressure light was on and they failed to let me know that information. all else i got to say is this place sucks, take your business elsewhere or else you’ll spend thousands on fixing your vehicle!

Your better off buying from an individual bought a car recently from these guy I will never buy another vehicle from them again so many hidden problems I don't think they even looked at it just washed it and threw it on the lot

The owner and other employees were beyond friendly. Very professional and didn't try to push anything i didnt want.
Was able to get my car traded in for a new model that, while used, feels like a brand new car.
My only complaint was that i didnt love the color of my new car but if that was the only negative thing, these guys were and are doing beyond fantastic.

We recently had a great experience with these guys and they made buying the car I was interested in so easy to obtain, the person who was helping with this deal aka (Jordan), seemed very busy and was not afraid to get his hands dirty
This dealership showed me that even the salesmen will put in the work to make sure that they are selling quality vehicles for the customers, I would definitely recommend this place. I know in the future if I’m ever vehicle searching. That will be the first place I would go to. Keep it up guys!!!
