This was a horrible experience and decision to go to boost. First of all they had one Spanish-speaking customer service representative. There didn’t understand a lick of English. We had to pull out our phones and use a translator. It took us over two hours to set up our service. Second of all the service is horrible our phones buffer the second we switched them over third of all they’re way too expensive and we got a much better deal at Xfinity. English-speaking people are now the minority in Utah I assume otherwise why would you have only a Spanish-speaking representative there? We turned our service off after two days went to Xfinity and got a much better deal. I would not recommend this service to anybody

Couldn’t even help me out because the lady who works there DONT speak any English and if you call she also can’t speak English🙄🤦🏽♀️ wen there used my phone translation so it took about 2 hours to get a home internet! got a box and my home internet a month later I went back to pay my internet bill she now saying I don’t have a account with them! So I went back home called to speak to a supervisor she says sorry no English 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ what kind of company is this ??!!!

I do not recommend this place, they steal, be careful!! Also, terrible service, I called customer service and they told me that they charged me a lot of money to open a line with them, I returned and they did not give me an answer for my money😠

I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews, but I had a frustrating experience trying to contact your customer service. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach someone by phone, I finally connected with an associate who did not speak English. I politely asked if there was anyone available who could assist me in English, but before I could get a response, the call was abruptly ended.This experience has left me disappointed and feeling like my business is not valued.

Store was clean. Attendant seemed nice. Went in for black Friday promotion which was good for Saturday too. It was in store only. Did not know what we were talking about. Was supposed to be $39 & she kept wanting to charge $79. We showed her the ad and she kept saying no texting someone else for answers. The ad clearly stating that it is in store only. So we left and went to the Layton location where we got the same run around. Needless to say, no new phone. Not happy and very frustrated.

You could call them 5 times in a row and they still won't answer, Some customer service, Good luck getting any help with your issues.
