Really need better signage or something. Mothers car towed by 1fs towing, but we were so confused when we pulled up and no one there to help her get to her car despite card saying hours. Best if you call beforehand to schedule when you will both be there. Person who came was friendly and helpful once they sent someone.

They weren't that helpful. I was looking for some roadside assistance and Google brought up they were only a few miles away but they said it was out of their area. They were nice but unwilling to help.
