I couldn’t be more impressed with this shop. They are the most helpful and transparent shop I’ve ever worked with. They took the time to explain exactly what the problem was, what needed to be done, and how much it would cost—no surprises, no pressure.
The repair was fast, effective, and handled with real professionalism. Everyone I interacted with was personable and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. I never have to worry about overpaying for parts or being upsold on things I don’t need.
This is the kind of shop you can trust, and I’m grateful to have found them. Highly recommend!!

I have never posted a review before but I feel like I should with this. I brought my car into Elmers a few times over this last month to get a diagnostic, order and replace a faulty hose, run emissions, and register my car. I have had varying issues with my car for the duration that I have owned it due to it being a used car sold to me by a shifty dealership and I have visited several dealerships and auto shops for different repairs. I eventually had to put the auto work on hold as I had gotten too busy and had genuinely begun having nightmares about it. Elmers is the ONLY auto shop that did not see a young woman walk in and make up a host of “fixes” needing to be done or raise their prices. I worked with Mike and a nice woman at the front desk who’s name I unfortunately did not get but both of them were incredibly helpful, communicative, and approachable. Not only were the prices incredibly fair but they were very quick and efficient, making sure to keep communication with me throughout the process. After my cars diagnostic, Mike even took me out into the shop and showed and explained what parts were wrong and what they needed to test and fix and had no judgment when I needed clarification. They seemed to genuinely care about helping people and fixing cars and they kept clear communication even to the point of being a middle man for me and my private car insurance when my insurance started being shifty also. My car is now check engine light free and registered and I feel like a weight has been taken off of my chest. I will definitely recommend Elmers to anyone needing car repairs or upkeep and I will be back there when my car is needing any other services.

They installed a used power steering, didn't check if it even worked. Told me to go to different mechanic because they didn't know what was wrong. Very lazy and abrasive staff.

This place is great. I have a GTI that they have helped keep running and done some APR mods and tune for. They've worked on it 4 times in the last 6 years. Great communication and fair prices.

Elmer’s repaired my front end on a 30 year old SUV. They did fantastic work and I wasn’t there even one hour. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. If you’re concerned about price, they are very reasonable!!!

This place is simply the best.I don’t even bother calling other shops. The head mechanic is very professional and always does the job right never taking advantage of you. You can always expect quality work from them. They have my business for life. Always recommend to family and friends.

After getting a much higher quote from the first auto repair shop for a fuel pump replacement I called Elmer's and saved $600 with a fair and reasonable price. Thank you for the fair quick and friendly service.

SOO helpful! Did a thorough assessment of my vehicle, then we decided what work I could do myself, & what work they would do, fitting all the repairs into my budget.
