This bank seriously needs a new manager. The bank manager has very little to no knowledge of business banking and treats their customers with condescension and an extreme lack of professionalism. They made several mistakes and refused to own up to it before I was forced to end the relationship and go to a different bank. if you are interested in any level of business banking, I would stay very clear of this bank as the mistakes that they made cost thousands of dollars that I was not reimbursed for.

If you are a man looking To do business with this bank, rest assured you’ll need to look elsewhere. There are no male staff at the branch and only one male staff in the other branches surrounding all of Layton and Clearfield. They are extremely condescending and discriminatory having no respect or professionalism. Stay as far away from this bank as possible.

Sadly I liked the bank at first now I’m so upset with it my bank was positive a certain amount then negative I feel as if the bank don’t care enough to understand or try to fix the amount it’s the third time and Kathy and Maria really didn’t care to hear what I had to say and Kathy was rude and trying to tell me how Amazon works and I just felt like she was just rude and disrespectful and everytime I went to this bank they didn’t care and was beyond rude and I wouldn’t bank with this bank unless you keep ur own check book and watch ur charges.
Update Leah is good worker and person but I still wouldn’t recommand or go to this bank. Sadly I lost a lot of respect for this bank

I do not bank here yet but I'm looking to switch from my current financial institution and I had a lot of questions. I called and all of my questions were answered it was close to when they closed and I received amazing customer service which is a huge deal to me.

Maddy was very helpful. Whitney is the most pleasant to deal with. Matt is just an amazing person, always helpful, polite, and friendly. He will do anything for his customers. I recently moved from Clearfield to Riverdale and it’s worth the drive to do my banking because of these great people.
