Photos on older reviews are outdated- sign on the building reads as RealCold and you check in by entering the front door (by the employee parking) and going into their offices, not over the phone.
They're quick to get you unloaded once they break your seal (took about an hour for 32 pallets for me) and will hand your bills back to you once they're done. Would've been 5 stars but there's no signs saying where to check in.

Mike Naranjo and his team were really great to work with. Their responses to all our inquiries were dealt with in a very timely manner and they were always available whenever we required their services. I would recommend their services to any business looking for consistent effective product storage.

1st time, great location. Was able to park on the street overnight. Checked in around 1030am for a 1pm appt and was given a door around 1130, out by 1230. Call to check in

Great location, tons of room to maneuver. If you get here when they’re closed for a morning delivery just back into a door and call in the AM. Check in is over the phone.

I waited 3 hours after my check-in for the door, another 2 hours for someone to come out and cut the seal, another 2 hours for unloading... the whole day was spent just for unloading...

Big around, short guy, want to be bad boy, had a little problem with life this morning.I had a shifted load.They made me come look at the load 5 pallets that had tipped. 13" tall buckets, 4ft high. He said that if I wanted it unloaded now, I'd have to pay for it, or I could pull out they'd get to it later, when they had time. I asked how much. He said 300. I said ok. He said so go out and sit in you truck and deal with that. I said NP. He turned around said, now get in your truck, pull out and park, and we'll get to it when we can. I said what, why? He went on a rant again about pulling out and waiting. He wouldn't let me finish asking why and explain what might have been interpreted as to what I said. I finally got a word in, about explaining that NP, was coming up with the 300. He ignored me and told the forklift guy to reload the pallet he was unloading and no worry about this truck. What a bad representative for a company. Every else had been prefectly polite. Get that rampant dog of yours on a leash, or put him down.

Extremely rude staff very aggressive and angry so called manager. Very slow loading with all doors available was told to wait for a couple hrs.

Call for check in great serviceWait for a call to a door right awayLoaded 25-30 I believe right awayPeople work here have positive attitudesIf late and you can still make your appointment very reasonable to communicate your broker and yes your will be ok to get loaded here I believe.Overall great company.
