Wow! What a great place to rent and truck! If you're looking for a smooth rental truck process pick this spot Rodger is top notch! The type that makes you feel like you're borrowing your Cool uncles truck to move. Rodgers is that guy. Definitely a return visit if I find myself in need of a unit or moving truck. I picked a one way. (third time renting from them!)

I experienced terrible customer service. I felt rushed and was disappointed to find that the staff didn’t have the proper equipment when I arrived. Instead of addressing my needs, they sent me elsewhere, even though my reservation was made for their store.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I've been renting a unit here for almost two years and if I can help it, I won't rent anywhere else. From the very first day I walked into the office, and every time since, I am greeted by my name, a smile and a handshake. Roger is everything that customer service should be.
The facility is always very clean both inside and even the parking lot is clean and that I can't say about most of the other storage facilities out there. And you can't beat the prices.

I started renting at Freeport West back in 2022 and I have nothing but good things to say! Great pricing for my storage, I love that everything is locked down and temperature controlled and the customer service there is absolutely unmatched. Roger is AMAZING, he truly cares about everyone he does business with and I consider him somewhat of a second Grandpa. I love these guys and will continue to do business with them for a very long time!

Great place! We have nothing bad to say about Freeport West storage. Roger is awesome, warm, welcoming and accommodating. Indoor units with climate control. Easy access for loading and unloading. Lots of carts available for use to move your items in and out of your unit. Different size docks for loading and unloading. GREAT PRICES! I would recommend this place to everyone.

It’s easy to get your stuff to your storage with the carts. They make sure you are happy with everything. I would never go anywhere else. I love these guys.
