I continue to use this lady to fix the extensive problems I find from a previous treasurer who left me with a total mess with my HOA. She is the best person to go to and always leaves me with a clear head and balanced books. I will always use her with every problem I have. I absolutely LOVE this lady. FIVE STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!!!

People have strengths and weaknesses. My weakness is accounting and business management. I know this, @9:30 today in visiting Jennifer with my problems. By 10 am I was out of the office and back to work. All set up for success.

I've been remiss in giving an outstanding review to Jennifer Brown. I've been recovering from a knee replacement surgery and just never got back on the review site. I'm in my middle 70's and in the 50 years I've used tax services I've never had a better CPA. She's efficient, knows all the latest tax information and is keenly aware of her individual client needs! She is quick to help someone who is in need of a short turn around time as was demonstrated by one of my friends I referred to her. She has become a good friend and most capable expert!

I've used Jennifer at my tax expert for 2 years now. Her prices are a bit lower than I was paying before and she found a huge error made by my previous CPA. Her amended return resulted in a hefty refund from IRS and the state. She and her staff are quick to respond to questions and give me the answers I need.

They missed a zero on my husband‘s taxes a year later we realize that we were being audited. They gave us a $250 check to pay for SOME of interest, but it was nothing compared to the over $2000 that we had to pay out of our pocket. for penalties fees and interest that we had to pay ourselves.
Be Weary of using this tax filing company, they are kind and nice, but they will not help you fix a big error if they make it and you will be the one to pay for their error.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Jennifer is an amazing accountant who has found us money on our refunds we never would have found. She's also smart as a whip and gets things done quickly and efficiently. I always feel safe leaving our taxes in her hands.
Hailey, an employee there, also had exceptional customer service recently when I reached out to her with a question. She was on the ball and responded quickly and with all the information I needed. Also another shout out to Kensie for being prompt in a request as well.
This is a wonderful small business that has my full support. This is the way businesses should be. Great job, guys.
