Unfortunately, l've had to use them several times. Usually quick response and careful of vehicle. I'm sure they are comparable to other services, but I feel they're a little higher on the price than some others. - I forgot to add, the service itself has been exceptional, which is why I keep returning when I need a tow!!Service: Car towing

Just watch his tow truck run a red light. Colorado ave going 25-30 mph, plenty of time for stopping. This speaks to character and if this is the same “integrity” they have in their business, no thank you. First rule of putting your company’s name on a vehicle. Fail

Around 6pm my husband and I left to run a quick (or so we thought) errand. We started to get on I-15 and within minutes had broken down, we literally couldn't have been in a more horrible spot considering it was like literally the shoulder before you make the merge! We were both a little freaked out and honestly not sure what to do or who to call! Our car is super low profile, maybe 2-3 inches off the ground so we were a little worried about ripping the front bumper off! I called a few different places and was told no one could get my car onto the truck without causing some type of damage because it is so low to the ground. At this point we were both like whatever we just want to get home so my next call was to JP's. Steve answered right away, he asked where we were, I told him and I also told him our concern with the front bumper, he said he would do his best to get it loaded up without anything happening but let me know that it might scratch. Again - we just wanted to get home so it is what it is at this point! Steve showed up literally like 5 mins after hanging up, my husband met him out front of our car and told him "do what you gotta do to get it on" He offered help to which Steve declined and just told us to go get in the truck, he did SUCH a good job!!! He got it all hooked up and started pulling as slowly as he could, even just moving it with his hands to maneuver the front splitter to avoid ANY damage to the front end! After we got home he asked my husband if we had any 2x4's so we could lay them down for my car to roll off onto )again to avoid the 3 inch gap and rip off the splitter) He had my husband grab our race ramps along with the 2x4's and had him jump in the car and started lowering her down, we have zero scrapes/scratches no damage at all!! I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with Steve specifically, I appreciated the time he took to make sure to avoid any damage even tho it was a few extra steps and more time consuming! If your looking for a tow from a company that actually cares, JP's is the place to call! If we ever need a tow in the future (hopefully we don't but in the event that we do) they'll be my first phone call! I can't say thank you enough!!Service: Car towing
