This park is so out dated it’s honestly sad. The basketball courts are basically Pyrex baking dishes, there’s so much room but not enough trees.
Also huge reason why I rate this park a 1 star is and not a 0 star is because they had a water fountain. I can never be mad if you got water.
But the reason for the one star review is this:
There is a boxed looking thing just left untaped right next to a play ground. First thing I felt was this is unsafe. See picture if you want to understand, literally go to the park stand next to the playground and stand next to the box thingy and see how I felt.
That being said this park has huge potential, there’s a gas station right next to it and a bank. It’s far enough from the main road traffic where you can’t hear, close enough to where you can get on fast. It’s right in front of a LDS church which on Sundays it’s still kind of empty, so there’s no much use in the park it seems.
I think it’s embarrassing to be behind a bank and lacking the coolest things about a park. Uhh for example a petting zoo, nah I’m just kidding I don’t know take that up with city planners. Right now I’m saying whoever planned this park, can we do better?

I was at the park with family at about 10:30 on 04/12/24. My little granddaughter needed a restroom at about 11:30. The restroom at the park was locked. This was very inconvenient to say the least. We walked across the pitch barely making it to the gas station restroom in time. Why is the restroom closed at the park when there are several people there in the middle of the morning?
My grandchildren did have fun on the play equipment.

Nice park and quiet neighborhood. My toddler loves the playground! One downside is that there was trash throughout the park. I did what I could to pick up trash myself, but I can only do so much unfortunately.
Playground: Great for kids 2 and older
