I had an amazing experience at the Lifetime store in Clearfield, Utah! I loved being able to try out everything before making a purchase, which really helped me feel confident in my choices. Abby was fantastic—she answered all our questions with patience and expertise. Her friendly and helpful attitude made our visit even better. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service!

The Lifetime Clearfield store employees were very friendly and helpful. I purchased a Shed and paid the additional fee to have their installers put it together. The team of installers were absolutely great to work with and communicated very well with me! Super glad I had them delivery and install it as it made my busy life a lot easier. I would recommend using their installation team...you won't be disappointed!

Lifetime products has excellent customer service. I purchased a children's folding table and accidentally broke a plastic clamp which holds the legs while it is folded. I contacted their customer service to purchase a new clamp and they informed me they would send me a new clamp free of charge. A few days later the clamp arrived via FedEx. Wow how nice was that. Hats off to Lifetime products for remembering what customer service is about. Thank you.

I purchased their Convertible Bench - Very solid, but.... Caution when purchasing. My lightly used bench spent most of the time in the sun at the front door. The slats began to warp - 6 out of 8 of them. Unfortunately Lifetime won't warrant the slats from warping, or the engineered design that allows them to lift over time. The warranty only covers manufacturing errors (not inferior materials, or bad design) and welding. Their answer to my warranty claim was - it only covers 2-years (not longer than MY lifetime), so I have to purchase replacement parts. The name 'Lifetime' isn't really.

Customer service is the worst. I called in to pay for an invoice (for replacement parts) and the guy there let out the biggest sigh as if he was bothered that I called in and bothered him. Then he just stays quiet on the line until I said hello? And he yells back saying he was working on my request. He didn't even ask me for my info, I don't know if he even pulled up the right info, he asked for my payment info, asked me to repeat myself 3 times because apparently he has system issues, and then he said ok I'm done, I said thank you and he said "uhhh hmmmmm" Wow I think I was confused and shocked at how horrible this customer service rep was. It really shows how the employees are the face of the company, and now when I look at my kids $2500 swing set all I think about is this guys and his messed up attitude.
