There was maybe a teaspoonful of custard in one side and they had a very thick layer of chocolate frosting. Too much chocolate and not enough custard! Still a great place to shop.”

“Almost exclusively. Go here to get gas. Prices are always better. The only downside is you do have to have a membership to get gas here. We fortunately have a membership. I will do Sam's club over Costco a million times over the staff's always friendlier super nice. The wait time sometimes can get a little overwhelming but it's totally worth it.”
“This is my favorite pharmacy. I've used them for years for my regular prescriptions and they've always been fabulous! Timely, friendly, and one of the few pharmacies near Syracuse that do compounded prescriptions. Love them for that! The cherry on top was a few weeks ago, I tried to fill a post-surgery script for a loved one at a big-box pharmacy and was turned away do to a miscommunication. I came into West Gordon Pharmacy like a chicken with her head chopped off, stressed about getting home to tend to someone fresh from their procedure and really anxious. The techs and pharmacist helped me transfer the script, get it filled, called insurance, the whole shebang so I could focus on my loved one, not a prescription. They were patient, kind, fast, and awesome. I will literally never go anywhere else ever again. Real humans who really get it. Thank you West Gordon!”

“I impressed with this pharmacy in a short time. I moved my prescriptions from a nationwide chain that was right on my way to or from almost anywhere. Midland is a little out of the way for me but absolutely worth it for a fully staffed, efficient pharmacy. The app is easy to use and in store they are quick and helpful. Appreciate that they care!”
“I had a pleasant experience, finding what I needed at Walmart, and I unfortunately had to call back to see if I left my very expensive sunglasses there. “My sister and I have been ordering our birthday cakes here for years. Their cake designer is PHENOMENAL and we receive compliments on our cakes every time! I just tell them the theme and they do their thing! I’m not creative, and trust them to make it cute! It’s about a 20 minute drive for me and worth it. They won’t disappoint!
Update: I wanted to add another cake we ordered over the weekend! I requested Dragon Ball Z and said Just do your thing! Amazing! It only cracked cuz my husband put it in the fridge and wasn’t supposed to. I will always order here!”

“This is an old school pharmacy. The staff is always awesome. I live in SLC, but have doctors in Layton. I got so sick of the grocery store pharmacy, even the corporate drug stores. The lines are long,the staff seems stressed most of the time. Anyways, it is worth it to come here. They have drive trough, but I like to go inside. They have the best hard candy selection. I forget the brand. Their in store supplements are priced quite well for a little joint. Very mom and pop. A good place to support!”
“This pharmacy is great, the techs and pharmacists are awesome. Great experience. But, they are a busy location and pharmacy (the industry) has changed in the last few years making it so techs and pharmacists are overworked with less help and more work with vaccines (techs now can get certification, but that means they are away from other duties). Retail pharmacists have been overworked for decades. Even with filling machines and the amount of employees they have, they are STILL working when they should be taking a break. They are simply overworked and all these reviews show it. If Kroger invested in their employees, this would be one of the best pharmacies to go to. They could utilize what they have. It is simply corporate cannibalism of their own pharmacy after they ate up local, small pharmacies that could have taken the excess in vaccines and other dispersants of medications on back order for unknown timelines.”
“I always use this gas station before any others. They are always .20 cent cheaper than any where else. There might be a few ppl who decide they can't wait and go the opposite direction, small few. But for the most part Sam's has always had fuel for purchase and they are cleaned constantly.”

“This is the best cannabis pharmacy in the are in my opinion personally. Even when they are busy and 5 people in front of me in line I am out the door in under 25 minutes. The other two close locations have worse prices, lack the specific edibles I want, and I spend about an hour every time they are busier though so I'm not meaning to insult the people who work at Dragonfly the of course have always been polite. My experience with delivery from flower shop has always been good. If I had to complain about anything it would just that myrcene is what helps the best with my pain and recently there haven't been many myrcene high options for concentrates (I only vape concentrate and do edibles). But it's not the end of the world.
I also just want to say there have been a few times I've had issues with my debit card at the atm or something to do with work and I've been a real asshole and stormed out of the building. Please know I have NOTHING against any employees who work here I'm sorry if anyone has ever felt uncomfortable from that probably no one even noticed but I feel bad so just know I'm complaining about myself not any of you.”

“Reasonably priced. Had issue with gift cards that had been fraudulently tampered with (someone had stolen the cards, accessed the codes, resealed them, and then placed them back within the store). When I purchased them, the person who had tampered with them, withdrew the money once I purchased them--- before I even activated it... as it had already been activated!! Smiths worked with me to get me new cards at no expense. Excellent customer service!! I recommend you have customer service OPEN the Amazon gift card prior to purchase to make sure it hasn't been tampered with.”

“I really like this pharmacy but was disappointed to learn that they do not send text notifications after 6:00 PM, even if they receive a doctor’s prescription well before that time. If this happens, customers are not notified until the following day. This is especially troubling because the pharmacy remains open until 8:00 PM, yet prescriptions may sit ready without any notification, potentially delaying pickup by 12 hours or more. For patients who need medication promptly, this can be a serious issue.
Timely communication is a basic expectation with prescriptions and although Bowman’s employees are kind and serviceable, their system clearly falls short. Hopefully management will address and improve patient care in this regard.”
“We usually use Scan & Go when shopping at Sam’s Club because it makes things quick and easy. This time we forgot and decided to go through the cashier instead. Unfortunately, the experience felt a bit awkward.
There was no greeting when we arrived or when we were leaving, and there wasn’t much interaction during checkout. When we needed to talk through a small payment issue, it felt like we were being spoken to as if we couldn’t hear clearly. Overall, the interaction made us feel like we were an inconvenience.
Because of this experience, I’ll probably stick to pickup or Scan & Go moving forward since those options have always been smooth for us.”
