Line was long but got a covid test without ever leaving my car. You complete the nasal swab yourself. You get results before you leave. While you're waiting for your results of the nasal swab you complete a saliva test that you get results on via email in a day or 2.

If you really want the results of your test then I suggest going elsewhere. I still have no results and have sent two emails with all of my information and have gotten no reply.

Obviously plan ahead and make sure you aren't going when it's busy if you're in a rush. Fill out the forms on their website beforehand, don't just show up and do it there. I have had to get tested twice now, and both times I went when the line was short. A girl names Tiffany was so helpful in giving me instructions and pricking my finger for the antibodies test. I had no issues with accessing my results online, which I was notified were available via email.

Awesome place. We were able to get in and out quickly and had our results back earlier than expected. ? and many thanks to the workers out in the snow, wind, and cold to help others.

I was turned away (in that I was basically told I had to go to the back of an hour long line when I’d already waited for an hour and a half and came to the front of the line). No one even spoke to me. I accidentally pulled up to the exit line and didn’t notice until they came out and let a couple cars out. At this point there’s a very long line behind me. I waited to be let in, but they did not do that. They opened the entrance line behind me and let everyone else in. When I gestured at an employee to try to ask them what was going on, she shrugged at me and walked away.

Lost my results same day, waited through the weekend, AND MLK day and missed work through it all just to be told my results were lost and I had to Be retested... AFTER OPERATING HOURS now I have to miss another day of work to go get tested even though I've been sick throughout the waiting imma be better by the time I actually get my results... go somewhere else!!!!!

I sat in line for 1 hour, only to finally get towards the front of the line and see a handwritten sign “out of rapids”, which is the only kind I need right now ? Such a waste of time. Wish their website would have reflected this most up-to-date info.

I read people's reviews after going to be tested. I was concerned. I didn't receive an email letting me know my results were posted. I went to my original confirmation email for receiving test. I went in and put in the info and then I received an email. I tried accessing info on my phone but it was sowing me an error. I was upset. Then I went on my laptop and was able to access my results. Be patient. May not be accessible on phone.

Waited 5 hours to get tested. ? also parked along the main street before getting tested was pretty much dangerous. Especially by a 4 way stop light.

Really confused as to the functionality of this location. I have been before and you are supposed to pull halfway out of the car wash when your test time is complete. We have been sitting here for thirty minutes and the three cars which are done and pulled forward, no one has walked out to check. Two of the employees also got in their own personal car and have been sitting behind the car wash for 15 minutes just hanging out. Not quite sure why all customers are sitting staring at the shack and no one is available to come out and help.

Don’t waste your time going here! I have reached out every way possible to try and get my results. I used their online contact form, I emailed them. I entered my sample number and date of birth, that didn’t work either! Don’t know what else to do. Just want to know if I have it or not. Process was fine, Just haven’t got the results from my saliva test. I’m waiting to go back to work, need that confirmation. No answers out of them yet. Guess I’ll have to go somewhere else. Premier does the testing, they just don’t give you the answer. My boss isn’t buying it.

The worst!!! I think they are just fleecing the insurance companies. I’ve been waiting for my results for 4 days, I’ve called and emailed and been totally ghosted. I only went for convenience because you don’t need an appointment. I wished I would have just waited an extra day for Walgreens because I probably would have heard back. Still heard nothing!!!
