I am so picky about how clean my car is. I don't do monthly passes at car washes because they haven't wow'd me. Velocity has. I've been with them close to two years now. The staff at both Clinton & the one on Antelope Drive are the best. They're all always so nice & they always greet you with a smile.
I got a new car a few months ago & of course something is going to happen. I went through the wash in Clinton & when I started drying my car, I noticed I had damage from the wash. I reported it to the staff. They were so nice, documented everything, & took pictures. I honestly thought they would tell me they weren't liable & weren't going to fix it. Steve called me a couple days later. He sent me to get a quote, still I thought for sure they wouldn't cover it. Once Steve got the quote, he let me know Velocity would cover the full cost. The shop he sent me to was fantastic & they did great work too. My car is back in one piece just as it was before. Once again, proving why Velocity is the only car wash that gets my business. Others are closer to my house but both Velocity in Clinton & on Antelope Drive will be the only car washes I will go to for many years to come. Thanks for standing by your product & the friendly, great service every single time.

The most disappointing experience I have ever encountered. Any damage inflicted on your vehicle will prompt Car Velocity to find reasons to avoid assisting you in getting it repaired. My vehicle sustained damage while going through their car wash. I possess video evidence that clearly shows the damage occurred during their car wash, yet they persist in claiming that it is an issue I must resolve on my own, as it is my problem and not theirs. They have established policies designed to protect themselves, ensuring they are not obligated to assist with any damage incurred to your vehicle. If you wish to avoid damage to your car, I strongly advise steering clear of their services.

Absolutely adore the service I receive at Velocity in Clinton. I’m a local and have a fast pass! I won’t go anywhere else! Love the happy faces I get every time I come in. Free fresheners and suckers for the kids. Such kindness, I rave about how much I love this place to all my family and friends!

People here try to force you into getting the membership, the wash wasn't very good. Friends haven't had good experience in this place

Caused $5,000 dollars in damages to vehicle and refused to pay . After 2 months of back and forth with wash manager, who refused to provide owner info and insurance info, I had no other option but to file small claims case to which judge order car wash to pay. Took me 4 months countless call, texts, and on-site visits that could have been taken care of in matter of minutes. Use with extreme caution. Will never go back. Claim also filed with BBB and Utah department of commerce.

Love taking the wife's car down for a quick wash. The complimentary vacuum and air hose gun help make for easy work.

Car wash and vacuums are great, but when you are paying the guys are asking you to signup for a pass/ pre paid card which is fine but when you say no it’s “well you’re losing money” and about 3 are you sures because I get irritated. I don’t need to tell you no multiple times.
