I've been renting here at safe site clearfield for a few years. The staff have always been great to work with me when I can't remember my gate code or helping me through a tough couple months when my mother passed and I needed more storage for a few months. I just like to thank them again for being there when I need them. I would recommend this facility for all your storage needs.

The online payment processing system is frusterating! It give you a confirmation of the payment. Then the next day charges you a late fee. Its sneaky and not appreciated.

Good place for storage but a bit dusty so if you use this place make sure you pack your items to keep them from getting dusty.

I have had this rental property for years. The manager Susie Checketts (AKA: Karen) was terrible to deal with when she took over the site. I had a place on the outside of the units by the fence, you can see where people kept cutting threw the gate. I had a couple of major surgeries, and she would not work with me on payments when I fell a little behind. I was also missing a couple of items in my unit, that she will take no accountability for. Her tone in her voice is rude and condescending, and not a nice person in general. Susie was uncaring of the look of the property, the security is terrible, and it's evident by the over all look of the business. I will not give it a no star, so based on my dealings with her, it would be a negative rating! Please, please, please be careful: Susie Checketts is a terrible manager, and you get what you pay for !!!

It's vehicle space is great. The units are affordable. Parking lot needs work. But all in all satisfied.

Great prices for storage units. Easier to find in the daytime than the night. I would suggest getting a light for the sign.
