Made an appointment with them and they never showed up. Turns out it was a blessing, as every other company I got a quote from afterwards was significantly cheaper.

DO NOT under any circumstance go here. They turned what was a small chip into a crack going across the windshield. I've had many larger chips repaired with no problems. Had I known this was possible, I would have ignored the chip or gone somewhere that wouldn't damage my windshield to earn more money. They want me to pay hundreds on a new windshield THEY BROKE. Safelite customer service is atrocious. Go somewhere else.

I was very impressed by the service here at this safelight. I had some rock chips I was trying to get filled before the first frost. We went in Saturday morning and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. The young man at the desk was very helpful and professional. They told me 30 minutes and it was finished in 30 minutes! Overall a great experience!

I’ve been to this location before, and they did a fantastic job before. This time, not at all. Showed up on time to get my windshield replaced, and was told it would take 2 hours. 2 hours in, they still weren’t done, and had to drive my car around for some calibrations that weren’t working in the store. After driving and using a ton of gas on my car, they still couldn’t finish the calibration. Their only resolution is for me to drive my car with safety and navigation features disabled for two weeks while they order the correct glass. Oh and by the way, the employee knew that my car make has issues with non OEM glass, but they still replaced it with their glass without consulting me first.
Will not be returning, and I would not recommend this shop if you need anything besides a rock chip repair.

I had a rock chip I wanted to get repaired quickly before it started cracking and this location seemed to go out of their way to be as unhelpful as possible with fixing my problem. The employee told me I'd have to call my insurance company to open a claim instead of offering to take care of the paperwork as their website stated. I was also told there were no appointments available that day. When I inquired if any other locations would be able to fit me in today they said the Layton location was pretty busy and they weren't sure about the one on Wall and that I'd have to contact them to find out. I left and was able to use my insurance app to open a claim and get a same day appointment at the Layton location. I was curious and checked to see if the Clearfield location had appointments that day and lo and behold there were multiple appointments available. While waiting at the Layton location another customer walked in and the employee happily took their insurance information to open a claim for them. I have no idea why this location was so unhelpful and appeared misleading about their availability.

While I think they do a quality job, make an appointment. Don't do drop and go. I had an early drop and go. It said it would take 3 hours. At 230 I came back and many vehicles came and went. They told me that it was my misconception. Because I didn't specify a time, those other vehicles were more important and mine was left waiting.n̈

I have had nothing but a bad experience with safelite in general and this safelite location. In May I came in to get my windshield replaced and they showed me that their glass had a noticeable spot in it, so they said they’ll order another one. I asked for OEM at that point as I couldn’t trust their aftermarket glass and they have since ghosted me. I have called the parts department multiple times asking them to call me back and they have not. I emailed their senior parts department personnel and they said that I was supposedly contacted but I never answered the phone, however I called my phone carrier and they said that they have no record of the call coming through. Not sure what to do now as it’s been 2+ months and I still don’t have a replacement glass.

This Clearfield Safelite Shop is excellent to work with. We had some issues with customer service and trying to resolve a couple problems. It was to no avail. We decided to go talk to the manager at the Clearfield office to try and get this fixed. In our view, they were amazing. Brady, the manager, his staff and TJ and Tyler that replaced the windshield on our suburban were great to work with and were always in communication. In the future, we definitely will use them again for our windshield needs. They were professional and courteous and we look forward to using their services again.

I went to have a window replaced. The young man that checked me in was very polite. He gave me a time frame for the replacement. Another gentleman came in and told me that the vehicle was ready. He got out of my car and explained that he not only replaced the front windshield he cleaned all my windows, and vacuumed! What a great service!
