This company’s Customer service is terrible. They also use the worst shipping company to deliver the products. Be prepared to wait forever for any resolution to any problem

Smith Optics is the worst company in the winter industry to do “business” with. Small business owners: steer far clear of this company — you will be extraordinarily disappointed.

Horrible service. I placed an order for a helmet online 24 days ago and it still has not shipped. I've sent multiple emails inquiring about it and keep getting generic responses saying "it's all packed up and ready to ship". Terrible customer service, I would never order again.
