  Ordered goggles, they were sent to an address in Italy, rather my home in England. Have messaged on various platforms and sent emails. Still no response from the company.   I am trying to get a hold of their customer service team or warranty team - it’s impossible. I’ve called multiple times - they do not answer. I’ve emailed a few times - no response. I would never recommend this brand to anyone. Disappointing.

  I bought a pair of sunglasses from Smith direct last Christmas for my wife.
  She can not wear because the size is for a big man and the sun glasses are a woman's style. Smith has a very bad attitude when it comes to customer service.
