EVERY single time I order from my app and it comes from this location, they never do my order right. I ordered a turkey sandwich with lettuce, cheese, mustard, mayo, and guacamole. They put SPINACH on it, instead of lettuce. The entire reason I get my sandwich, is because I love the lettuce on it. They also NEVER give me my cookies I purchase. It’s like they think we won’t notice or care because it’s an online order. We’re still paying customers even if we order online…

Their sandwich making table is SUPER rusty and gross. Poor employees barely know any of the items I'm ordering above the menu board or how to count change when I was way overcharged. Management needs to step up and start caring.

Worst subway ever. First they did our order wrong ordered a wrap, then made my wife a salad. I swear they didn’t even toast the two sandwiches I ordered. They didn’t even have that many toppings. Never ever again will we go there

They have 1.8 stars if you look at the reviews from the last month. Literally sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. No greeting. Customers continue going into the lobby after I arrived. After sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no greeting, I walk inside and ask if their drive thru is closed and they said no. Only 2 employees there and both are helping customers in the lobby. Customers that showed up after I did.

They are always out of meatballs. They literally never have meatball marinara when I come in lol. If it's that popular then maybe they need to order more meatballs.

Wow I have never had a worse experience at subway than my last visit. I placed an online order and it said it would take 40 minutes to be ready. Not a big deal. We get there and get our order and go home only to realize that we are missing 4 items and almost everything was wrong. And just one or two things like 5+ PER sandwich. I don’t understand how that happens when a ticket is literally printed off with the orders right in front of you. The store was not busy at all when we went so I called within 10 minutes of picking up the order. It rang and rang and rang. No one ever answered! So I sent a complaint through their website and then got a copy and paste response from the owner. “Sorry your order sucked but I’ll talk to the team” ? I’m sure. Not an offer to remake the order, store credit, refund. Nothing. As a business owner you would think that when you saw how horribly our order was done you would want to rectify the situation and try to come up with a solution. It’s disappointing when you spend money and don’t get anything you want/ordered especially in this economy. DO BETTER. Everything highlighted was what we had missing. Ridiculous.

Just close already. I am yet to have a positive experience here. They always feel like they're trying to close even at 2 o clock. Chairs are on the tables, they're out of toppings and the wait is always forever. Just a joke of an establishment.

Ordered a Cold cut combo for online delivery, requested extra meat, paid for it and got a regular meat order. Tried to call but nobody will answer the phone!! Disgusted how customer service cannot do an order correctly, and not caring about their customers!

2 times I've gone to this subway this year and they NEVER have any meats. You show up and then they tell you they canceled your order so you get to waste your time. Dont bother with this location.

My online order of 4 sandwiches was mostly correct, but the sandwiches were kinda mangled and falling apart. Skimpy on everything, no oil/vinegar, veggies looked old. WORST part was going in to pick them up and seeing how disgusting the glass, countertop, register area and touch points were. We're talking MONTH'S worth of grime and crumbs! No one got sick but we won't be back without going in first!!

They get our online orders wrong. One time they made one sandwich partway as ordered and partway following the instructions from the other sandwich on the order. While my husband likes the peppers and the spicy sauce, my six year old sure doesn't. I had to go back in. The employees are rather inconvenienced having work interrupt their social life. They're not interested in the customers or their job. They either haven't been taught or don't care that it's inappropriate to use profanity in front of customers.While one solution to the online order issues would be to order in store and monitor the sandwich making, a) a customer shouldn't have to do that to guarantee a correct order, and b) dealing with the employees is awful (and im a high school teacher, I have more patience with teens than the average customer). I don't think I've ever seen an adult there managing or training, so while these kids need to wake up and do better, the owners need to take responsibility for their establishment and nurture and train their employees better.

Most amazing experience ever! Staff were very polite to me were very efficient considering they were short staffed and they are super awesome 10/10 come here everytime!

Worst managed subway EVER! Lazy employees. Online orders dont get made and I waited 20 mins in the drive thru once and had to go inside and ask for the sandwich to be made. Never a good experience. It should go out of business it’s that bad. Who owns this location? So bad :/

Waited at the drive through for over 10 minutes after someone said they would "be right with me". No one helped me. And there were no other customers inside or at the drive in. ?
