We are so grateful this local store had original appliance parts. Come prepared with the model number of the appliance you need parts for. We were able to ask questions and see the part before purchasing, and didn’t have to wait for shipping! Also so grateful for Saturday hours that allowed us to buy the part and fix our dishwasher. We’ll be back the next time we need to do an alliance repair!

After looking around all day and online I called Alan at Dick Kearsley, he had exactly what I needed at a quarter of the OEM price. Amazon had a part that was slightly cheaper but it came with a long delivery time and no assurance that it would work correctly. I highly recommend checking here first before wasting time like I did.

Wonderful to see local parts stores still in business! They had my dryer part in stock and open on a Saturday. I loved not having to wait for the part - worth the extra dollar compared to waiting for it to be shipped. Prices really did match online within a dollar for the same part. I loved seeing their nails and screws bins by the pound - you don't see that anywhere any more. I'm definitely looking for more reasons to visit this store. I'm glad I found it and that it is close to home.

My furnace s making dinner noise and I want sure if it was the blower motor or the blower cage. I called Kearsleys because I've been there before and they've been super helpful. Alan was a superstar. He talked me through everything on how to diagnose what the problem was. There was some uncertainty and so I called him back. He told me to bring in my motor and my blower cage and he would help me diagnose it. He found the same thing I found. Then he was willing to draw a diagram showing me how to wire up my new motor, because the old motor had a different configuration.My experience with Kearsley's has always been this kind of service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. A huge shout out to Alan and his great customer service. If you're having any problems, this company will take care of you.

These guys saved the day! My AC went out and I was in need of parts so I swung over. Not only did they have what i needed he also helped me diagnose my issue. I will recommend everytime. Great family owned buisness also.
