My wife stopped by to drop off a package. The package was already packed and needed to be weighed so we could get the correct label. The staff out front was extremely rude and bothered by the fact that she needed to buy a label. She was told “people usually just buy that online.” Not all of us have a scale to weigh packages. Sometimes we need to bring them in to be weighed and the label purchased. They were extremely disrespectful. My wife came home in tears because she felt bullied and belittled by the staff here. This is unacceptable behavior and I will escalate this is far as possible.

Terrible there.Phone system is a joke to say the least! All I wanted to do was talk to a representative, and it's trying to ask me everything I don't want even though i'm like speak to an agent and it's like, oh, if you want to speak to an agent, tell me what you need and i'm like speak to an agent.

Always a long wait, one person in the front helping 10+ people in line. It's ridiculous. I only go to this location because it's a minute away from me. It's not worth it anymore. The staff always seems miserable and unwelcoming. Don't waste your time here, take those extra minutes to try another location that is quick and inviting.

I spent 20 minutes standing in line since apparently there's only one person who works here, following the instructions I received in the email receipt FROM USPS!!! to visit the post office to activate the purchased PO box. When I finally reached the front of the line, the woman there just stared at me, had no idea what was going on or how to help me, and suggested I come back and try again tomorrow?! I'm done... Avoid this one.

The man who helped me today was not professional at all. He looks like he just climbed out of bed with a faded t-shirt on and five o'clock shadow. He was a grouchy old man. I'm an older lady so yes i can call him old. I was the first customer of the day so I don't think any other customer pissed him off. Unfortunately the way he acted did not make my day. Never have i had such bad customer service as I did today. Keep him in the back or send him on some routes because he doesn't need to work with customers face to face. I have deep respect for the carriers as they do have the suckiest job and I have yet met one with a bad attitude.

I need to print a label, and the women would not help me get the label. I have to leave print the label and bring it back. She didn't even try to help.

Employees need to be trained again. Some employees are unkind and lack their job skills. They could not know how to send the international express mails.

Hours say they are open at 8:30. The outer doors were open at 8:30 but the service counter and large package drop-off were both closed. Rang the bell multiple times and nobody came to help when we could clearly hear the employees talking in the back. Absolutely unprofessional and I'm even more disappointed in them than their parents.

WORST MAIL SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVIOD HAVING MAIL DELIVERED FROM THEM! WE HAVE HAD THEM FOR 5 YEARS AND OUR MAIL LADY CANT DELIVER TO SAFE HER LIFE. THROWS PACKAGES. I HAVE COMPLAINED MULTIPLE TIMES. AND NOTHING IS EVER DONE ABOUT IT.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. There seems to be no desire to actually read an address and nobody cares if you report a misdelivery. They close the investigation a day later without even contacting you. And I worked for USPS for 6 years. It's really not that hard to read an address on a box or house. Come on people.

11/13/24 The man working the front desk this evening is very unpleasant and almost didn’t want to see if my package was in the back, which it was. I get that the employees probably deal with a lot of bs but I came in in a great mood and left in a terrible mood all because of him. This man shouldn’t even have this job if he hates it this much. Very disappointed.
