Adam is the rudest customer service person I have ever had to deal with in my life . He had an attitude and a tone the entire time when I asked him anything. Find a spot that doesn't require him to interact with people because he clearly can't handle it.

I have been trying to get in touch with this post office for 3 days with no luck. I have called their branch no less than 15 times over the last 3 days, calling at different times of day to try to catch them when they have a moment. At this point I don’t think they care to ever pick up the phone. Each time it rings for a minute or two and then goes to the “busy” signal and then I get hung up on without the opportunity to leave a message. I was hoping to catch them on the phone because last time I went in person the guy at the front was incompetent and rude and kept trying to brush me off rather than answer my questions.

Visited the branch this afternoon and I have to say, in my 35 years of life and holding over a dozen jobs, I have never seen an employee so rude and disrespectful to every single customer. I observed how he responded to and treated the three people in front of me and it was no different when it was my turn. If the Postal Service cares to know, his name is Adam.I've worked for both the federal and local government for over a decade and it's disgusting to me when I see this type of service. I might expect it from the IRS but at least they aren't in the business of customer service.

I went in here a week ago to try to find out some information on a package that hadn’t gotten delivered to my home and had incomplete tracking info, when I called the post office help line I was told that my package should be at the facility and I could go pick it upI went in on a Saturday the clerk who helped me was very rude and wouldn’t take two seconds to fully listen to what I was saying and had grabbed my phone from my hand without asking to look to get the tracking number from my phone (he also seems to frequently get bad reviews here and I can see why)He then said he could not find the package and he would have to take my information and submit to the supervisor to investigate it, which was fine I understood.I waited a full week to here back from them and heard nothing so I finally went in again to just check inThankfully a different guy was working and was very friendly, but if felt like I started from scratch he had to take all of info down again and pass it to the supervisor, thankfully they just asked me to wait and said they could get me answers in a moment (not sure why they couldn’t do that before)I didn’t have to wait too long before the supervisor made me aware the wrong address was on my package (which I suspected and tried to share that info with the first guy) and that it had been delivered to that incorrect address and I just needed to contact the person I bought my products from to either get a refund or get it resent (totally understandable was happy to have an answer)But then the supervisor went on to blame me that the guy before hadn’t helped me because I had confused him when he couldn’t take two seconds to even listen to what I had to say and that was way I hadn’t heard anything backAll in all a situation that was very simple I just wanted to confirm if my package with the suspected wrong address was at their facility or got mailed to the wrong place and it was made very complicated and the first guy I felt with was very very rude

Incompetent employees, charged me for mailer envelopes from the person ahead of me that were twice as much as the shipping of my small box. When I asked for a refund on those, they told me nothing they can do. What a joke.

Simple issue needing resolved, talked to manager last week and just needed to call him back for 30 second phone call. Been on phone 2 hours and there is absolutely no way through the horrendous robot without giving information that isn't available until they hang up on you, call another line rings for 10 minutes then hangs up. Just need a simple issue resolved terrible support. Not necessarily this post offices fault but there system

Who the heck is the scruffy dude who works there!? He’s rude, unprofessional, and a j**** My family and I just moved to Hill AFB and we needed to go in and get our mailbox rekeyed. He rudely threw the paper and marker. There wasn’t enough room to put all our information on the small paper he gave us, and the marker wrote big, so I started to write on the back side of the paper. This imbecile had the nerve to yell at me to write on one side. I told him there isn’t enough room so may I have a pen to write small. He scuffed at me and tossed the pen to me. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!

Postal delivery driver has been intentionally sending my order back to sender. Not chance to pick up or anything, refuses to leave the truck to drop off packages. Complains if vehicles block the box on a public road that I have no control over who parks were. Also treats more extremely poorly she will shove every package into the box with little to now care. Now I worry that I can't get perscriptions or other important packages because of there treatments.Local USPS location is no help. I filled complaints and even went into the office to try resolve. No one is every available to assist. Local phone number rings indefinitely. I get USPS is a huge organization, but how are they allowed to treat people like this.

I went in to purchase stamps on a Saturday morning. I told the "CS" guy (who has quite a poor reputation on here) I wanted 5 books of Forever stamps. He pulled out a roll. I politely told him I needed 5 BOOKS (they weren't all for me). He copped an attitude and told me, "it's the same thing" and pushed the roll across the counter. Excuse me, but it's NOT his business what I buy, or why.People like that are what gives Federal employees a bad name. I worked for the government for 20 years, and if I'd treated the people I spoke to like that, I'd have gotten an unpaid vacation for it. DO BETTER, Clearfield Post Office!

I have been trying to get my mail keys for TWO WEEKS. I was supposed to have them a few days after I moved in. They have refused to even work on the keys. I came in today and asked again and the guy told me to wait ten minutes. I have been waiting over twenty at this point. If I don't have my Keyes tomorrow, I'm going to contact the postal inspector and the Post Masters office. This is unacceptable behavior from a government facility.

I’ve come here to ship for business. They have been charging more to ship small packages with prepaid postage recently. When I called to find out why, I waited while the phone rang 10 minutes, and was hung up on. I tried the national line and they said to call my local post office. I tried again, with the same result. Wasted time and money.
