Closes too early, normal people work until 5 or 6pm. I shouldn’t have to take time off from work to go to the post office.

Two package deliveries in a row, they didn’t put the locker key in our mailbox. The locker was just sitting there unlocked with the key still in it. The first time it took us 2 days to figure it out, and luckily the packages were still there. Later the same week (today) we got another two packages the same way. This time we knew to look in the unlocked lockers though and found them.

My mail carrier keeps putting my mail and packages in my neighbors boxes and I have to go knocking on doors to find my things. I also keep having packages placed in the larger package boxes that require a key and keep getting the wrong key for the box so I have to keep leaving messages taped to the key stating it doesn't work and have to wait another day to get my things.

My husband and I went in to fill out a form to change our address and the employee that helped us was very rude. He handed us the paper and dismissed us, no explanation or telling us where to find pens. This employee needs to be trained on better customer service and just having manners in general!

I usually never come to this location because they are always so slow, rude and incompetent. I decided to give it a chance today and I am very unhappy. Upon arrival there was a line and the person being helped was having an argument with two of the employees. When it was my turn, the guy helping us was so rude and treated me like a child. Never go to this location!

My package shows it is being held at this location. Went to this location and was told is with the mail man delivering the mail. I waited and waited nothing. So I am not sure who is lying or if there is no good organization in there. Sigh.

Dropped off 10 packages only 8 were scanned and sent to SLC - the other 2 were "missed." When we asked the clerk when they would be scanned, if I could call the SLC office to verify receipt, or fill out paperwork he became angry and said there was nothing he could do. SLC distribution center could not help since they all worked the floor.
If this is how the postal office works, I suggest that you add a scanner for customers to do their own scanning for dropoffs. It would be better than what is there now. This location has been up and down throughout the years, now is a down time.

The guy at the register today needs to learn people skills and let them finish their question before snapping at us. He wasn’t very friendly at all and I understand it’s the end of the day but learn to be nice to people just trying to do their business.

The employee working at the register who used to work at Clearfield Main St. location recently started working at this location and is very unkind to every customer when it’s not warranted. I think he has mental health disability so I always give him the benefit of the doubt when he snaps at me but I’ve watched him upset a lot of people over the years who don’t give him the benefit of the doubt. His tone is very abrasive and he snaps at people before they can finish their question. No patience, understanding, or people skills. People are either scared of him or offended by him because of his unkindness. I’m not sure he’s suited for customer service, might do better working another position.
