My favorite place for delicious, fresh donuts. Whoever was in charge of filling the custard, forgot about filling them today. Haha! There was maybe a teaspoonful of custard in one side and they had a very thick layer of chocolate frosting. Too much chocolate and not enough custard! Still a great place to shop.

Trying to shop local only, but I was highly disappointed with the service we received. 4 people up front on a very slow Sunday.. not a single greeting or smile. Everyone looked like they couldn't care less.
There is also a weird odor in the back that smells like a bathroom..
For the higher prices, I don’t think I will be shopping there again due to the bad service received.

Fui y pedí a un trabajador de esta tienda y se porto racista con migo le pregunte que si podía sacar una copia de mi licencia que cuanto me costaba ,y agarro mi identificación y después me dijo que para que lo quería y le dije que era una copia para mandarlo en correo y me dijo ke era muy sospechoso que quisiera mandar una copia de mi identificación y que no no lo iva a hacer de muy mala gana me atendió desde el principio yo soy clientes por más de 20 años de esa tienda y nunca me an tratado con racismo le pregunte que si podía hablar con el General manager y dijo k el era

First I’ll start by saying that we shop here a lot. Multiple times a week & usually the staff is awesome and the place is tidy and clean. HOWEVER, tonight our experience was subpar and I had to share it.
I came in 3 days ago looking for some bug spray (bugs like making themselves at home in my home this time of the year) and purchased a brand that looked promising and even clearly said on the front “guaranteed to work or your money back” so I purchased it and proceeded to apply it at my house.
Well, unfortunately it did not work at all… I’m convinced it was a bad batch because it didn’t affect the bugs even when I directly sprayed them.
So I walked in tonight to return this product, and receive my money back. I stood around at the counter probably close to 10 mins… the other employees were busy helping other customers so I patiently waited for help. Finally one of the employees asked me if I had been helped yet and then proceeded to page the “supervisor” that was on duty.
KASSIE was her name. This poor excuse of a supervisor came out of the back (more than likely hiding from customers, playing on her phone & hiding from the harsh reality that she’s a 40 year old with a teenager job) she came out rude and put off like it was such a inconvenience to her that she actually had to get up and do her job.
I explained to her that I needed to return the bug spray that had a money back guarantee, and she refused. Very unfortunate. Probably was too much of an inconvenience to her to return it. I guess the customer isn’t always right…. Only when you’re not too lazy to do your job correctly.

Very disappointed on the night manager and her poor treatment towards one of the cashiers. Yelled at this kid in front of me. I felt horrible for him. He said " it's ok mam. I am sorry " I told him it was not ok for anybody to treat him like that. So I hope something is done about this

This Winegars grocery store is nicer than other Winegars I've been to. It looks newer, clean and has a great selection. But the drawback is the restrooms. The walls going in are dirty. The insides look bad and make me want to leave. I would put the door on the outside wall instead of in a hall. And remodel them with better materials that don't look so bad. Also, add signage so they're easier to find.
I think Maverik restrooms are so much better.

Let me tell you why I love this store. Zenny. Hope I spelled her name right. I am there daily and every single day she jokes with me and makes me laugh. She knows everyone and everyone adores her. How can you not ? She knows her job extremely well , she is super friendly , she is an incredible leader and always helping her crew. She makes this store worth paying a little extra. This store is insanely expensive compared to ALL other grocery stores around. I do my big shopping elsewhere but I stop in daily for little things and to say hi to Zenny. She needs a raise. She's the ONLY manager I ever see working. Because of Zenny you get 5 stars. Your produce has improved a lot and I no longer end up sorting thru moldy produce to find the one that isn't moldy and that a huge improvement. Thanks for having Zenny at your store. She deserves a raise and a vacation ! Thanks for all you do and always giving me a smile Zenny !

I will say when they have sales on very few in part between things they're sale prices are okay at best but I have never been more mind blown in my 36 years as I was when I went to the store and saw the prices of things. As if the prices of everything are ridiculously too expensive as is right now it's insane even in their reduced price section they had a bunch of items like cream cheese lunchables and pickles that were expired a week ago the price was reduced down to 3.99... And a jar of pickles that expired 10 days ago was 3.99 as well.. to give an idea about prices a tub of country Crock butter is $10.. a gallon of store brand orange juice is $10.. a pack of chicken breast is $25.. just insane

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. More pricey than other grocery outlets, but if im in a bind and need to grab something quick, Winegars doesnt disappoint.

This is my go to, just around the corner grocery store the people working. There are members of my community and I. Enjoy interacting with them. The produce is fresh, the meats are good. I like that has Ace Hardware.
