I had a terrible experience at the Clinton store. I had a broken phone. They told me I had to send it off to get it fixed and I would get a refurbished phone back. They told me it would be better to get a new phone and work on paying my old phone off and it would only raise my bill by $3. I ended up getting a new 15 Pro, which I love but took my old phone to have it fixed found out I had free coverage on my phone. It cost me nothing to get the glass fixed and I was able to keep my old phone. It was too late to take the 15 pro back. My bill increased by $200.
They lied to me so many times.?Joy Reid

Iban helped us with a purchase of two new phones. His customers service was awesome! He is very knowledgeable & patient... even with my silly questions. I had more questions so I returned today & he was happy to answer more questions & help with the set up of my new phone. Thank you Iban! He also acknowledged others as the walked in, saying he would help them in a few minutes. That's what more businesses should emphasize with their employees.

Cody B, the store manager, was incredibly helpful in setting up my plan. I’ve been to a lot of AT&T stores, but his customer service was the best I’ve experienced. Highly recommend!

One of the employees was super sweet and made it a great visit. The only problem I had was the manager when he came over to try and help, he was super aggressive and grumpy.

My father went into this store 3/15/24 to upgrade his phone. I am the account holder but added him as an authorized user so he was able to get a new device without needing me there. He got a new phone, but the salesperson also added a new line to our account without my father’s knowledge. When I saw it was added, I gave it a couple of days because I thought there was maybe a glitch or mix-up somewhere. When the line didn’t go away, I verified with my father that he did not add a line. He called the salesperson who told him he added the line to our account for additional savings; however, we already have 6 lines on our account and receive the maximum credit for multiple lines, which I’m sure the saleman knew because he looked at the account to change the entire plan (which had previously served us well and was more than adequate). There also was no phone with which to use a new line. I called AT&T and had them cancel the line after verifying there was no additional savings, but when I got the monthly bill, I was charged a $35 activation fee for the line, as well as $15 for the days the line was on the account (never activated because, again, there was no phone associated with the line). AT&T was able to remove the $35 activation fee, but I was still on the hook for the days of service. The salesperson should have known that adding a 7th line would not give an additional discount. And I guess I should have known not to send a 74-year-old man to upgrade his phone without supervision – he’s not as sharp as he used to be, but simply upgrading his phone should not have resulted in a complete plan change, a new line, and a fun extra $150 on the bill. My father feels like he was taken advantage of. Now my bill has increased by $35/month (not including the new device installment cost), despite being assured the new plan will save us money, because the plan we were on is not offered anymore.

Great employees! Very friendly and helpful. Went in for an upgrade and left with our new devices and accessories to go along with them all for cheaper than we were paying before! 100% would recommend this store!

Came in to upgrade phones and add 2 lines to my plan on 3/15. Everything went well and customer service was good. What spoiled the entire experience was being lied to and told we had no choice other than to add $17 per month insurance to each line. We asked and told the rep multiple times we did not want the insurance. We were told we had to buy the insurance because of the 30 day grace period to turn in our trade in phones. We told the rep we would turn our phones in while we were there and he refused to take them just in case we forgot something that we needed off our old phones.
After talking to att directly and a friend who was previously a store manager of a different spring mobile att store, we were told there is absolutely no requirement for us to have to purchase insurance on our new phones. I was able to cancel the insurance through the app the next day.
As pleasant as the rest of the experience was, being lied to multiple times is extremely frustrating and very unethical.
