I had previously taken my jeep to a dealership and they quoted me an astronomical amount and they even diagnosed the wrong issue for a more expensive part that was going to cost thousands. “UPDATE: After several days of monitoring the situation, it turns out that this really was just residual oil from the oil change. Although the truck should have been clean when I got it back, I have seen enough videos of how oil can leave an oil pan. Engineers don't always plan out routine maintenance effectively, leaving the mechanic to deal with the headache. As a result of this, I am changing my rating, and will continue to come to Walmart for my oil changes. Thanks to Walmart for correcting the situation.
I have been getting my oil changed here for years. I have a 2018 Ford F150 King Ranch. Until today. I have never had an issue with this truck getting its oil changed. Today I noticed a significant amount of oil on my driveway as a result of the oil change. When I took it back into Walmart to have it checked they couldn't find any leaking and claimed it was all residual oil. They cleaned off the engine and sent me on my way. I have attached pictures showing how much oil leaked onto my driveway. You can decide for yourself if you think it's residual. I will be paying more for oil changes in the future. I've decided not to use this business any longer.”
“The bathroom needs to be relocated. It is quite offensive to smell someone's waste as you're waiting for service. Took a little too long. Staff was great and helpful. Tell the Griffins to spend a little $ and remodel for a better experience.”
