This store has tanked on customer service ever sense randy and his team left.. no one here likes there job, they act like its so terrible to do there job, no one dresses professional any more, every one always messing around on there phone. It's a shame this store use to be the best place to go. Now I'd skip this place and go some where else.

Sometimes it can be a hit or miss when I go into an auto store but the service I’ve received the last two times I went into Autozone have been really noteworthy! Not only were the employees easy to engage with about parts conversations but they were also really helpful in finding the few things I couldn’t find on my own. Great place!

Regina does not like to do her job?She has no customer service what so ever! She acted like we should have not walked through the door, right on top of us, what do you want!Very bad customer service you have in this store, will go out of my way not to go here ever again!!Blaming the owners of this store for why she couldn't do her job, disgusting behavior from your worker!! Lazy lazy workers at this location, way better customer service at other locations.And if you want to hire people who refuse to assist customers, you deserve not to have good customers

Do I have to leave a star?! This Clinton, Utah location has gone from bad to worse over the past year. I went in for some door panel clips. They didn't have the ones I needed in stock. The people in there are so unhelpful. And the woman asked if I was about done while I was still shopping! So, you don't want me in the store, or you don't want my money. So I asked for a cabin air filter that was not on the shelf, because I know sometimes they are in the back stockroom. She was very rude in saying NO. She didn't offer to see if another store had it in stock or anything! So I walked out and went down the road to the other AutoZone on Midland drive. I'll never go to the AutoZone in Clinton again! And I will never suggest that anyone goes there.

Get in the Zone....and get hosed buying some windshield wipers. I'm not sure if it was my choice of windshield wipers or their price gouging me. I paid $72 for 1 set of 2 wipers! Also they have a hideous customer account system that cannot update or change. I still have to use my old phone number from 25 years ago to bring up my account.

A wide selection of parts and accessories for pretty much all vehicles. Customer service is willing to help and make sure you have what you really need to get your vehicle fixed.

Hey Jill at the Clearfield AutoZone is the best!!! She tried jumping my battery with the store jump pack. It didn't work so she jumped our vehicle with her own personal vehicle. My husband is handicapped and not able to douch...she was so helpful!!! Thanks Jill??

Worst Autozone I have ever been to (01/18). Came at 8:00 AM and they weren't open yet. Waiting for a few minutes to have the only employee impatiently unlock the door. The store employee was arrogant and lazy. Didn't give me good advice and pretty much told me to go elsewhere. When I found the product despite him, he was visibly annoyed. Tried to call the store manager and the regional manager to give feedback and no one has called me back yet.

Alfredo provided terrible service and doesn’t know how to do his job. Do not go to this location. I have had amazing service at every AutoZone I’ve ever been to minus this experience with juan and this location.Also the manager lied about his name he told my employee his name was Juan

Staff has always been helpful and friendly. The only issue I have with AutoZone in general is that they don't have a call center to handle phone calls. I appreciate that the staff here takes care of the customer in front of them rather than prioritizing the phone call.
