Mikayla is wonderful and is seriously the best apartment manager that we have ever worked with. She makes sure we are always taken care of! The maintenance guys Juan and Armando are also AMAZING - they keep the apartment complex looking so good and always make sure any issues we have with our apartment are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. I love living here.

I've lived here for a while. Management changes ALL the time. When we first moved in, they were awesome, but the last manager was really unpleasant and constantly looking for a problem (example, putting stickers on our car saying that we were going to be towed for expired registration.... before the registration had even expired... and the sticker residue couldn't be removed without heavy duty cleaning product...), reminding us during every inspection that we weren't allowed to have animals unless they were approved (they're approved, the office already has pictures and doctors notes for them), and totally unwilling to accept any form of criticism; just extremely self-righteous. I haven't gotten to meet the new manager, yet, aside from our last inspection; she seemed nice. It feels like way more kids have moved in lately, though, and they're extremely loud most of the time. I don't think quiet hours extend far enough into the morning or start soon enough. The walls must be thin, because I can hear my upstairs and downstairs neighbors having conversation all day. It's not the best place to work from home, I can't hear myself think half the day. One day I'll go somewhere I can feel a little more privacy, maybe with a view of something other than the side of the next apartment building. DROPPING IT TO ONE STAR: they came a month later than they said they were coming for inspections, told me they'd be back the next day for repairs and to paint my bathroom. When they didn't come back, I asked the office who had no idea what I was talking about and said they'd only be coming back to change light bulbs and she couldn't tell me when that was going to happen. Inspections were supposed to happen early to mid-October and they didn't even start them until November. They did not give notice that it would be later. They never give notice before they show up at your door expecting to come in. I've never had an apartment complex so disrespectful. Last month they were supposed to replace our light bulbs. They showed up today, 12/14, unannounced as always and we ended up having to turn them away. No telling when they'll be back, though we asked if it could be tomorrow.EDIT: the newest manager is lovely, helpful, and communicative, and she's lasted here longer than they usually do. I hope she sticks around.

I have lived here three years and the maintenance staff and office staff are so professional, so caring and just do whatever they can to make sure that your needs are met. If you are looking for a nice apartment complex to live in this is definitely the place.

As a tenant of 15+ years with Pentagon Properties - Chadds Ford and Clinton Towne Center Apartments - now is a great time to live at Clinton Towne Center. Manager, Mikayla is phenomenal, honest, and trustworthy. Armando and Juan are the property managers and fullfil all tasks directed from Mikayla in a swift, proper, and professional manner. A clean, quiet, highly assessable property. Thank you, Mikayla, Armando, Juan, and regional manager Todd.

This place in an absolute dive. Management is horrible filled with a bunch of Karens. If you want the feeling of living in an HOA with Karen measuring your grass this is the place for you. Update, appreciate your response however why would you assume that there are multiple reviews? Honestly I talk to my neighbors and if you think I am the only one with this kind of feedback you are seriously mistaken.

I am a resident and I wish there was some sort of storage for linens and towels and toiletries and none for pots and pans or food and if that there wasn't a bump out that takes up a lot of the master bedroom

My fiance and I have been attempting to upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment, and went through the entire process (our lease is up in 14 days.) Expecting to get the upgrade. They told us the whole time that it was kosher, and this morning, we got a call saying we were approved! We were super stoked and ready to start getting packed, when less than half an hour later we get a call from the same manager who approved us, only to tell us that it wasn't true. Now my fiance and I have to either A) pay the same price as the 3 bedroom we were rejected from for our current apt, or B) find a new place and move on within 2 weeks. It felt completely unprofessional and honestly very frustrating.Edited for clarification: we understand why we weren't accepted, as our income didn't total the rent x3. The reason we were upset is that we were told one thing, and then another.
