I've been going here since I move to roy, my whole family goes to this location we are always taken care of in a speedy manner, shoutout to Rachel she shown concern and care about my safety and my child's, and Joe, mark and Ryan they have taken great care of all our vehicles and as someone who's been in the industry for 10 years now them guys need a raise they are of great value to the company

My tires were rotated within 10 minutes of me walking in and they even torqued my spacers to spec. I’ve never had an issue with any Discount Tire, but this location is especially great.

Almost 5 stars, not sure what the point of making an appointment is, if when you get there they're just going to put you in line with everybody else. Staff was friendly, helpful, overworked but still doing their best. Mason, who was my main point of contact, was mature beyond his age

Thieves and untrustworthy. I would not suggest using this location. Sold me a bad tire. Took it in to get fixed. Said it was fixed and no issues. Flat again the next day. A little upset so I called in and am now being told it is probably my wheel, which was seen twice before and no issues advised. So so upset at the shadiness.

Good, but do yourself a favor and use the online method since those people get preference. If you walk in and get told it will take an hour, online appointments will jump in front of you and you'll be waiting all day. They also weren't able to make mine an appointment themselves which is just crazy. If you're reading this while you stand in line take a step back and do it on your phone.

Purchased 4 new tires for my boat trailer, when they put on the wrong tire for the spare I had them change it, the workers were upset. They broke my fender and stripped the lug bolt. They were very upset because they had mounted the wrong tire for the spare and had to change it. Did not know the finder was broken until I got home. I will never go back even if their tires are half price.

My visit to the Clinton Discount Tires was absolutely fantastic, Isaac took care of my vehicle and my new tire needs, he went above and beyond service excellence, I'd recommend this store for all your auto tires needs...period! Do not go anywhere else! Isaac and the men of Discount Tires are 100% winners, customer service pros and very professional in getting you taken care of! The corporate offices will be hearing from me about my experience there AND most of all, about Isaac and his excellence service!

They actually stick to their warranty, it was only like 28 bucks to get a whole new tire that got a huge gauge in it from a pot hole.... I did put some flat tire fixer liquid in it just in case, but they still replaced it.

Mason helped me with my tires. The whole staff here is awesome and so helpful and friendly. They showed that they love their job and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Would recommend them 100% and I won’t take my car to anyone else!!
